I can’t say enough about how wonderful the team at Coggin

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the team at Coggin are. When I started on journey in getting a car I ran into some roadblocks l, but the Coggin team never faltered and worked very hard in getting me on the road to an amazing car. A huge THANK YOU to James Collier (amazing guy/sales professional) and Antoine Thomas (another amazing guy/sales manager) for their hard work and great attention to listening to the customer. Thank you!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience leasing my

Couldn't have asked for a better experience leasing my new 2025 Honda Accord Sport-L at Coggin Honda. I had my eye on the Accord already, and my salesman, James, made the whole process completely pressure-free. The test drive was great, and he had an answer for every single question I threw at him, which really solidified my decision. James listened to what was important to me, and he was right—the car is perfect. I'm averaging around 46 MPG, which is just fantastic. If you want a knowledgeable salesman who will actually listen and not pressure you, go see James at Coggin Honda. It was a 5-star experience all the way.

I went to Coggin Honda of Orlando, I was interested in

I went to Coggin Honda of Orlando, I was interested in looking at the 2025 Honda Accord Ex. I liked the leather interior and the 12 inch face radio. I ask the sale guy if they do trade in, I had a 2022 Polaris Slingshot and he said yes. We start the process, since I wasn’t giving money down he showed me the same car same color but the LX, I told him I didn’t like to cloth seats and small radio. I felt pressured on getting the car, when I told them forget it I was walking out they stopped me and kept insisting I didn’t have to give money down. The sales guy didn’t offer to test drive the car. It started raining and after being there hours I just wanted to leave, they did the paperwork for the LX. When I finally left the dealer it was raining. As I drove the car I didn’t like it. I called the dealer the next day and now they refuse to help me. I will never recommend my family, friends or anyone to go there. The next day when I take a good look at the car it has 3 scratches on the trunk. The worst experience. Never had an issue with Kia or Nissan, I wanted to get something different and I regret it.

They got the car in for its maintenance and recall status. Everything was good, job was completed quickly and properly. The new shop area and waiting room is very nice with places to work while you wait.
