I was naive, new to the US and was purchasing my first...

I was naive, new to the US and was purchasing my first car. I decided to buy a Honda Accord. This dealer used a xxxxty tactic against me that I fell for. They said I will get 1%APR if I bought the 10 year long warranty otherwise its 4%. This was just to coerce me to buy the additional warranty (high margin profit for the dealer). I was qualifying for the 1% APR to begin with. The person who handled my case was Jeff Berlan. Very poor experience, would not recommend.

Quick and Easy

I was very pleased with the great customer service I received from JT and Kelby. I didn't make an appointment, simply went in knowing what I wanted and they made it happen! They didn't even have the car and instead brought it in for me. Completely different experience than the one I received at Holler Honda. They really know what they're doing here and definitely work with the client! I'm happy every single time I get into my vehicle (2021 Honda Civic EX). Jerry "JT" Gunter has been in the game for a long time and it shows! He is attentive and helpful, I highly recommend him to anyone coming in!

I was very pleased with the great customer service I received from JT and Kelby. I went in knowing what I wanted and they made it happen! Typical piece of xxxx dealership. Bought a used car...

Typical piece of xxxx dealership. Bought a used car online. Told me they would deliver it to my home the next day. Total xxxxxxxx. They couldn’t sell the car because it had a recall. They had no problem taking my money first though, knowing they couldn’t sell me the car. Then they tell me they were looking for a driver to deliver the car to me. Then when I get to the dealership, they tell me they are looking for the keys. Then they finally come clean and tell me all the xxxxxxxx they were trying to pull. Pieces of xxxx people working there.

They stuck on the paint their dealership decal logo, temp plate was place over tag, received a fine from toll plaza. Have to make an appointment pay extra to get title from tag agency. They put my wife's birthdate month as the time to renew tag. I've called and left massages 3 times and nobody has called me back about this. And to think I paid them $799 for predelivery fee,$98 tag agency charge, $108 title, license fee!

I’m writing this review to commend employee Dave Manieram, Lead Service Advisor at Coggin Honda of Orlando for the excellent service he provides to me and my wife when our vehicles need attention. In my opinion, the level of service that Dave extended to us was far beyond our expectations. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared from most industries, the care that Mr. Manieram provides should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate. What particularly impressed me about the level of service provided by Dave is that he did his work wholeheartedly. He listens to me and my wife intently, showing a distinct interest in us as an individual. It appears that this is Dave’s extraordinary dedication and commitment to excellence in customer service that motivates him to always go “the extra mile”. Thanks to Dave and the mechanics, we can drive our Honda vehicles with “peace of mind”. WORST SERVICE

Compré una Honda Pilot hace 3 meses Certified en #cogginhonda Orlando y uno de los renglones que ellos inspeccionan y certifican es la pintura. Luego de unas semana cuando la fuimos a lavar nos dimos cuenta que la guagua había sido chocada por una burbujitas en la pintura. Fuimos al dealer no nos quisieron resolver y que solo verían el caso con un abogado. Contratamos abogado y todavía no responden y gaste $3,000😡 Me regalan un #Share a ver si así responden. #orlando #honda #pilot

2018 Civic Still under warranty. Took it in for an issue...

2018 Civic Still under warranty. Took it in for an issue with the radio and car was returned with multiple lights on the dash! Service department told us it was due to two different brand tires?? Said we weren't taking the car until the issues were fixed that we weren't idiots. Magically it was a wheel speed sensor which was covered under warranty. BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!
