MOURIS HADDAD and MANUEL FUENTES exceeded my expectations in purchasing a new car! The car buying process can be overwhelming especially with someone with not so good of credit! (Just being honest) never did they make me feel not welcomed or ashamed of my situation. Instead they treated my husband and I with such respect and as a valuable customer! My husband's and I are in ministry and we just thank God for allowing us to cross paths with these 2! They were wonderful and i will recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle even if Infiniti is not there 1st choice. This is like my third Infiniti and by far Ontario is the best! Our salesperson Carlos went above and beyond and helped us find the best car that exceeded our expectations! My experience yesterday at Infiniti of Ontario was exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the showroom and met with Walter, I felt very comfortable and the entire process was easy from start to finish.

To be honest I was planning to go to Oxnard Infiniti I came to this dealership only for one thing and one thing only Mouris .. I believe in people buy from people they like.. Mouris is by far the most hard working salesman I know.. he goes far and beyond when it comes to customer service . I definitely give him a 5 star wish it had more I’d give him a 10. Let's face it! Buying a car can be exciting and troublesome. Exciting in that you're shopping for your (new or used) car. Troublesome comes when it's time to negotiate on price. At Infinite of Ontario, I had a great experience. Luis was professional and knowledgeable. This car buying experience was better than others I have had in the past.

I went into Ontario Infiniti on a whim, and ended up training my 2004 Infiniti g35 in for the Q60 coupe silver sport. I worked with Luis during this purchase. He was patient and not pushy at all. The whole staff worked with me and I went home with a new car. The experience was great and painless.

After going to a local dealership, I was looking for a car through AARP. I was immediately contacted by Saul Lopez from Infiniti of Ontario. He stated that he would get back to me soon with a quote on the car that I was interested in. I went back to the initial dealership that I started at and after consideration decided to purchase a car from them. I had an appointment for 6:30. In the meantime, I received a email from Saul Lopez with a quote for the same car at a lesser price. I quickly canceled the appointment at the initial dealer. I arrived at Infinity of Ontario at 7:40 to meet with Saul. I loved the car and the price and decided to buy it. After meeting with Luis, the accountant to take care of the financial aspect, we were greeted and congratulated on our new purchase by the sales manager, Eric Dalpena. The teamwork & dediction demonstrated by the Associates at this dealership was outstanding! They stayed with my honey & I until after 11 p.m. If not for the excellent customer service by Saul, I would have purchased the same car from another dealership for a higher price! I'm really grateful for this hard-working young man who shows dedication not only to his job but his customers as well. The customer service we received at Infiniti of Ontario by far outweighed the service that we received at the other dealer. Thank you Infiniti of Ontario!
