Came in to return my lease and I met Manuel and he referred me to Mouris to take a look at our options on maybe getting a new lease. He showed us all the feature and benefits and there was no way we could have said no! He is super friendly very knowledgable. He will help you out when it comes to pricing and he was always upfront about what was happening. I had an appointment to buy a car from another dealer. Saul reached out to me for the second time just a few hours before my appt. He told me he had just what I was looking for and he was right! Saul provided the best customer service one could provide. I ended up buying a car that same evening but from Saul at Infiniti of Ontario instead of the other dealer. After the purchase was completed he spent an hour with me showing me all the important details of my car, I told him I wouldn't remember them all, he told me I could call him anytime. The other associates that were there that day all stayed for the Long Haul as well. I'm certain they didn't get home until midnight. I couldn't have asked for more. Best customer service ever!

(Just being honest) never did they make me feel not welcomed or ashamed of my situation. Instead they treated my husband and I with such respect and as a valuable customer! This is like my third Infiniti and by far Ontario is the best! Our salesperson Carlos went above and beyond and helped us find the best car that exceeded our expectations! The entire team was friendly and made this experience the best one we can possibly have. We will definitely be going back for our future cars!

My experience yesterday at Infiniti of Ontario was exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the showroom and met with Walter, I felt very comfortable and the entire process was easy from start to finish.
