Amazing technical advisor!

This was the second time that I brought the car in for the same issue. Previous time I was told that all was ok, and nothing was wrong. I accepted that. This time, I brought it in for the same problem (plus routine maintenance) and I am very pleased to tell you I was given a detailed explanation. This was the first time that I have met Chris as my advisor. He took his time and explained in laymen's detail how the computer took my driving history and used that to synch the engine and tranny so that what I was feeling when I was driving was a compilation of my previous stored history.....I now understand why it does what it does. ( I still don't like how it performs, but that is a GM issue). Thank you so very much for Chris and his amazing knowledge of engines AND his ability to communicate this to a customer. That is exceedingly rare these days. He is truly an asset to Autonation Cadillac! I only want him as my advisor in the future.....if possible. Thank you.

Great Sales Representatives, clean facility

Went on-line Friday morning requesting information about a car, my email was answered immediately. I applied for a loan via email with my sale representative and was approved and he had my car detailed and ready to go first thing Sat. Morning. They were very informative about the vehicle and all the options I had available to me. Everything was in order for me and I was out of the dealership with 1.5 hours, which was very helpful because I live 90 miles away.

Great staff!

Everyone was so accommodating and helpful!! There is a closer service center to my house, but I would not use that one(worst service I've ever received)!

SERVICE

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME THAT MY WHEN I BRING MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE IN GETS TAKEN INTO THE SERVICE AREA AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS I WAIT FOR IT.THIS WAS THE CASE ON MY LAST VISIT. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 40 YEARS HERE IN WPB.
