Great experience, Abi Matari listens.
Great experience, Abi Matari listens. He brought out both cars I was interested in and layed out lease and purchase options for both. No pressure , Just straight up, Went to 3 other cadillac dealers and he beat the price, first time. For an honest upfront experience, AutoNation Cadillac

I wanted to respond to the Reply I received from Auto Nation regarding my May 14, 2025 Post shown below. Please note that the reply from Auto Nation is both ingenuous and self-serving. The phone number they posted is a general number. The people answering it have have no clue regarding my problem/concern is or how to resolve it. I may as well just be calling someone on Mars. Note to Messrs. Lanier and DeLisa: Shame on you in sending a pre-worded response. Please have to courtesy to contact me directly to resolve my issue with your service department. Thank you. an hour ago I have a fairly simple and straight forward problem with my 2020 Cadillac Escalade (which I otherwise love). I have been a Cadillac owner for well over 30 years. My grown-up children wouldn't recognize the house if there wasn't a Cadillac parked in the driveway. But the way I was treated at this dealership will test my loyalty to not only Cadillac, but to GM has a whole. My issue is when I drive the Escalade at a speed in excess of 80mph, the front end of the car vibrates badly. You can feel the vibration in both the steering wheel and the accelerator pedal. I have brand new OEM tires on the car. I have had the tires rotated and balanced. But the vibration is still there. Ok. Simple enough problem. I took my car to Auto Nation Cadillac in WPB. I explained my issue to the service tech, who said they would have to test drive the car to diagnose the problem. Makes sense to me. However, by law they cannot drive the car in excess of the posted speed limit so they cannot help me. Hmmm. OK. So, how do I get my car repaired? No response. Lots of guesses...no promises...several shrugs, but I was ultimately told that I shouldn't be driving my car in excess of the speed limit. Wait a minute! Seriously! If that's the case then why does GM manufacture cars that can go in excess of the speed limit. What a completely ridiculous statement. I politely requested to see the Service Manager. Waited 20 minutes but he refused to see me. They wouldn't give me his name. He hid in the bay area so as to avoid me. That's professional! I politely asked for his boss, a gentleman named Bob Lanier. I only know his name because I was standing outside his glass encased office. He was also too busy to deal with me. He literally wouldn't come out of his glass office which I was standing directly in front of. It reminded me of Clarke Griswald's boss in the movie Christmas Vacation. It seemed like he was picking up the phone asking his admin to get anyone she could on the phone so he wouldn't have to deal with me. It was pathetic. At this point I politely asked to see the General Manager, John DeLisa. I figured I could at least explain my problem and get his advice on how to deal with my problem. But guess what? He was also to busy to meet with me but offered up Mr. Lanier, (and we all know where that conversation would have gone). NOTE: Mr DeLisa, your customers are the most important element of your business. I am a SR VP at a $10 billion publicly traded company and I would be fired on the spot if I ever ducked a customer or did not try to fix an issue they were having with one of our products. So, I will be traveling back to our Summer home in the Northeast in 2 weeks in a $100k Escalade that badly vibrates at high speed. Apparently, GM was happy to take my cash but not as happy to give me the time of day. If anyone knows of a local mechanic in the Jupiter/PBG area who isn't so constrained to test drive and diagnose the vibration in my Escalade, I would be grateful if you would post their contact information. BTW, sorry for the long post. Have a great day! Like Share Response from the owner 7 hours ago Hello Joseph, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. I have used AutoNation West Palm Beach Cadillac to purchase my last 3 vehicles and for my maintenance.. I moved 2 hours north 2 years ago and for convenience switched my maintenance to another Cadillac dealership (which I am very happy with, but when looking for my new car, they did not have the one I was looking for in their inventory and I felt there prices were higher. So I returned to AutoNation and got the car and the deal I wanted. AutoNation staff are always friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. I have never felt pressured. I have always been happy with my new vehicles.

Received a $15000 Discount email from Audi and decided to go Car shopping to get a deal with the 15 K from Audi, however, it was on for 2024 Q5, SQ5 and S5. None of the Audi Dealers had any of those 2024 models where I could utilize the 15k to burn down the negative equity on my 2019 Audi S5. Decided to hit Auto Nation Cadillac as I have always enjoyed and loved driving Cadillac CTS. Walked into Auto Nation WPB and spoke to Susan and Adam regarding a CT5. They were able to make a really good trade offer and great deal on the 2024 Cadillac CT5-V. got me where I wanted to be in the payment and was able to get out of the Audi. Both, Adam, Susan and the Business Manager Made the entire process quick and easy on the 2024 Cadillac CT5 -V. Great Sales team enjooyed working with them and prompt to answer all my questions.

A COMPLETE JOKE – THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE
A COMPLETE JOKE – THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE ASHAMED This is by far the worst car buying experience I’ve had in 20 years. I was ready to purchase a brand-new 2025 Cadillac Escalade, nearly a $100,000 vehicle, and this dealership completely wasted my time and disrespected me as a serious buyer. I live over 1 hour and 20 minutes away. Before I even left, I made it clear to the salesman that I was coming to BUY THE VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY. I didn’t just talk—I submitted my DRIVER’S LICENSE, INSURANCE, and most importantly, my FULL CREDIT APPLICATION ahead of time. I AUTHORIZED THEM TO RUN MY CREDIT, WHICH MEANS I WAS 100% COMMITTED TO PURCHASING THE VEHICLE. I told them I was driving over from Miami, that I could buy it with or without trade-in, even CASH if needed. No one disputed that—I was told the car was available and they would expect me shortly. After driving more than an hour, I arrive and they tell me that someone who walked in 10 minutes earlier is now buying the vehicle. Their excuse? A “first come, first serve” policy—as if someone who shows up randomly is equal to someone who submitted all documents and committed to buy. This isn’t a taco truck. This is supposed to be a luxury dealership under AutoNation, one of the largest dealer groups in America. This level of incompetence, dishonesty, and disregard for customer time is unacceptable. They made me sit for another 30 minutes pretending they were “checking” whether the car would still be available, only to finally say no and send me away empty-handed. Nearly 3 hours of my day were completely wasted—not to mention the insult of being treated like my commitment meant nothing. No solution. No alternative. Just a weak apology and shrug. This place is a disgrace to the Cadillac name. If you care about your time, money, or being treated like a human being—STAY AWAY. I will be reporting this to Cadillac Corporate, AutoNation, and I will leave this review EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE to make sure other serious buyers avoid this dealership and its garbage policies.
