Everyone did good with one disappointing issue: car prep.

Everyone did good with one disappointing issue: car prep. It was delivered after an employee drove it 200+ miles from Daytona Beach to Ft Myers. He/she should have notified service that the vehicle pulled to the right. Within 24 hours of receipt, I was back for an alignment. Also, the dashboard went black two times within two weeks of receipt. had to drive it back 30 minutes with no dashboard (all black) to get two software updates on the computer dash and one on the audio system. All this should have been done before delivery while the vehicle sat on their lot for almost a week. Otherwise, am happy with the XT4.

Jamie is a Prince. His honesty is amazing and I totally trust him and his advice. He worked so hard with my warranty company and basically “won” the battle. This man needs a raise!!!

After making a few inquiries online to see if Val Ward

After making a few inquiries online to see if Val Ward had the particular car I was looking for so I test drive it. Upon entering the showroom there were a few salesmen hanging around chit chatting. Julio approached me with a welcoming smile and a genuine interest in helping me complete exactly what I came to do. After test driving the Cadillac LYRIQ, I was blown away by the silence of the vehicle and the smooth ride and peppy acceleration. I truly fell in love!
