We have bought and leased vehicles from Val Ward in the past. We went to Val Ward looking for a used car and had the good fortune to meet Gary Pratt. He showed us what we thought we wanted, then showed us options that were within our budget. The end result was we were able to buy a newer Cadillac with more features than what we expected.

Julio was impressive in his knowledge of everything to do

Julio was impressive in his knowledge of everything to do with our vehicle. He had went over and beyond by helping us with the Cadillac app, setting up our On star, and overall personalize all of our settings. Everyone from sales, management, and finance was a pleasure to work with.

Although there was a slight problem with a wiper blade it

Although there was a slight problem with a wiper blade it was corrected promptly with a minimum amount of effort on my part and no cost. Very happy.
