Smooth transaction

Just leased a TLX from them. The best deal by far. Drove across the state to turn in my old lease and pickup the new car from them. I was in and out in 30 mins. All the paperwork was ready to go when I arrived. All the details were worked out on the phone or email, no haggling in the dealership. Sam and the team there were great. I'm going back there when we do our next car.

Easy , Professional Sales Transaction

Thanks to Jesse Sellers for first class work selling and delivering my new TLX. We went through all the great features of the technology package enough times so that I was comfortable. The feature set up was detailed and documented. Paperwork was fully explained and completed in a timely manner. VERY poor repair services.

I like to give everyone a second chance when something doesn't go right. I have done this twice with Scanlon Acura. Both times (after several 2nd chances) they said there was nothing wrong. When I continued to press the issue, they just blew me off. In both cases I went somewhere else and got the problems solved.

New Car Purchase

We own a 2002 RL Acura and a 2013 RDX. Great cars. We drove by Scanlon Acura to see the 2017 Acura RDX. The car we wanted was not in stock, but not a problem. Jesse Sellers got the car in one day. No pressure to buy. Excellent buying experience. We recommend you stop by to talk to him about a new Acura.

WONDERFUL!!!

I would recommend Scanlon Acura to anyone looking to be treated fairly and kind by a salesperson without any type of aggressiveness or being made to feel pushed into a quick sale. Phil Ursillo was my salesman and I actually committed to the purchase of my Hyundai Santa Fe ( I had found the car on cargurus.com) over the phone without even meeting him. He worked very hard to make the price stay within my limited budget and when I met him at the dealership, he was just as friendly as I expected. With the help of Phil and John, I left Scanlon Acura driving my Hyundai Santa Fe knowing that I had made a very wise and very affordable choice. When I had started my search for a used vehicle, I had no intention of buying from a dealership but am so glad I changed my mind. My friends and family are shocked at the very fair deal Phil made happen for me. Thank you Phil and John for your professionalism, friendliness and courtesy and making my used car purchase so easy and affordable. You're just great!! Thank you!
