I am now the proud owner of a 2009 Acura MDX. I had been looking for an SUV and had heard good things about the MDX so decided to look here. John Hartmann was excellent. My wife and I took our time and he patiently answered our questions, took care of all of the details and made us feel right at home. When it came time to do the deal, Joe Ferrigno, the sales manager, came in and basically gave us a deal we couldn't refuse with the whole process taking less than 15 minutes. Randy Roux handled the paperwork quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this dealership and look forward to getting the know the service department.

Went in to look at a used 2011 Honda Pilot. Bob Pesic approached and helped us in a very pleasant and reassuring way. We explained we were interested in the Pilot. He went about getting it for us to test drive. After the test drive we explained we had another pilot we were considering and asked if they would meet or beat their price. Bob and Joe huddled and not only beat the price but add a few extras that we had asked for. Our experience was great. There was no HIGH pressure sales tactics, just an accommodating approach. The entire process took less than 3 hours from start to finish. Susan was our final person to close out the paperwork. What a pleasant, helpful, and friendly person. We had researched the internet for reviews on this dealership. What we found was a rating of 5 stars out of 5 - we surely found this to be true. We will recommend them to our friends and return when we need another vehicle.

very good experience would recommend both Scanlon Acura and Lexus. Friendly staff. Bob was knowledgable and helpful. Agreed on Monday and was able to pick up the car on Tuesday.

I had a great experience with Scanlon Acura on the purchase of a used Hummer H3. Bob Pesic the salesman was very knowledgeable and addressed every question I had during the negotiation, sale and financing. It was a pleasure to buy a vehicle from Scanlon Acura. I was in the market for a new midsize luxury SUV as my current X5 was showing its age and repair costs are expensive. I shopped BMW, Audi and VW prior to going to Scanlon Acura. All I can say is I wish I would have started with Scanlon Acura since it would have save me time, money and frustration. I printed out national lease offers from all the luxury manufacturers I shopped and Scanlon Acura was the only dealer that not only met the national advertised lease but actually beat it. The other dealers all explained that their advertised lease specials didn't include a lot of fee's and ultimately wanted to charged upwards to $3,000 more in out of pocket cash plus their monthly lease payments we hundreds of dollars more for vehicles within the same price range. I am an experienced buyer and have leased and/or purchased 5 vehicles in the last 10 years and understand national lease offers don't include tax, title, etc but it shouldn't come remotely close to additional $3,000 or more. Leasing from Scanlon Acure was the best lease experience I have ever had so a big THANK YOU to Bob Pesic (sales representative) and Joe Ferrigno (sales manager) for making my lease so pleasurable. I will definitely consider future vehicle leases with Scanlon Acura.

I needed to move from my fun car to a family car fast with my little one on the way. I had reservations about the whole car buying process but the people at scanlon acura made it easy. They were so nice and helpful I would recommend them anyone. From one mom to another great experience!
