What a pleasure to buy a new car

We recently bought a new car from Scanlon Acura. I really believe the caring employees make the difference between excellent and mediocre. Our salesman, Adam Davis, is so knowledgable about cars but more so about Acura products. Would we buy another Acura? Yes Would we buy it from Scanlon? Yes. The training on the new vehicle was the best we ever had. Adam didn't hand us the manual and say good luck, he actually went through all the features one by an helped us with the setup to our needs. They know how to keep customers coming back.

What a pleasure to buy a car from Adam Davis of Scanlon Acura. Trying to figure out how your new car works with all the bells and whistles is frustrating. Adam Davis did NOT hand us the manual and say "good luck" he actually gave us training and helped set up the vehicle to our needs. Even after, when I had something to change a fast phone call to Adam was all it took. I didn't even have to look in the manual ! Service like this keeps people coming back for new cars. It was a pleasure to buy a new vehicle from Scanlon Acura, you are doing something right. Satisfying the needs of the customer. We are very happy and satisfied with our 2013 Acura RDX. It handles great and has everything in it that we wanted.

Acura lover

I have purchased several vehicles from Adam Davis over the years. He always makes what is usually an unpleasant experience a piece of cake. Never a hassle and his knowledge of these cars is just phenomenal. He even came over to my house to set up my home link :-) It just doesn't get any better than that

Service/sales

I interactived with Dewayne Foote and Adam Davis regarding my visit for service. Dewayne very professional and courteous to me .He had my acura service within the time allotted and spent suffient time with me.He reffered me to Adam when I needed help in removing addresses from my nav , setting up blue tooth for my cell phone.He fixed a air condioner vent tab which he noticed was not working Also he set my community golf gate sensor to the acura .I have never a salesmen at any dealership like Adam who is so attentive and knowledgeable.

DeWayne Foote and Adam Davis were apleasure to do business with on visit.I purchaed my first MDX from this dealer 2 years ago. It has been a pleasue to see how this dealer treats their customers. Both these men have been excellentDewayne took care of my serviceing my MDX in the time I expected and regardless provide me with a loaner car that I love the MDX.He was very professional and very helpful.Dewayne had Adam show me how to connect my cellphone to my MDX via bluetooth,manage my MDX address book , and fixed a small tab on my MDX vent.Adam is the best salesman I have met at this Acura dealership.Very professional and knowledgeable

Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Do their best to put the customer's needs first, going out of their way to assist the customer. Are not pushy about service, but offer ample recommendations for the life of the vehicle.

Adam Davis is the kind of sales professional who easily becomes a lifetime friend, even if you are not ready to purchase another vehicle. I would recommend him to ANYONE, even if you are just looking. He is extremely knowledgeable on all products and helped put me in the car "just right" for my needs. That was almost seven years ago, and he still calls me every now and then just to see how I'm doing!
