Scanlon Acura

Phil was very accommodating in our car purchase. He treated us fairly and honestly. He did not pressure us into our purchase. As a side note, my husband NEVER gives out "10's", thus the "9's" on his survey. He was not dissatisfied with our interaction with Phil. I would have given (and do give) Phil "10's"! We will recommend Phil to our friends and will be happy to deal with him again on our next Acura purchase.

I was in the market for a new car and stopped by Scanlon Acura to test drive the TSX. I was approached by Doug Sage who immediately impressed me with his willingness and eagerness to help as well as his professional business etiquette. Being a first time buyer, I truly appreciated with how patient and courteous Doug was with me throughout the entire process. I am over 60 years old and bought a number of cars in my time...buying from Scanlon Acura was the best experience I ever had. John Hartmann, my salesperson was straight shooter, no smoke and mirrors, no how can I earn your business. He listened and worked with us to make the deal happen. He took the time to walk us through the whole process and took the time to show us how to use the equipment on the SUV. Great SUV and salesperson, if you are going to buy a vehicle, it would be worth you time to go see him!

What a great bunch of employees this dealership employs. I sold my 2005 Acura last Friday and everyone was very friendly and very co-operative. My main reason for writing this review has to do mostly with one of your employees whose name I believe is Nelson and who works in the Service Department. He is a very extremely honest individual who found an envelope with a lot of money in it which was located in the trunk of the 2005 Acura I sold to them, and the money was found where the spare tire is located. He turned this huge sum of money into the office management - (over $1,700.00) and they gave me a call and told me of him finding it, and to come in at my convenience and claim it. Since the Acura had been my deceased husband's car, I had no idea whatsoever that this money even existed. God bless all of them - they are a great bunch of guys!! I cannot say enough good things about them, but I do believe they are earning their wings!! Thank you again, guys, Marilyn Podojak

We gave this dealership very high ratings because, what can be a stressful experience was made easy by John Gallman. He gave us the best price, great service, spent lots of time showing us the features of our new car, and has answered all our questions in a friendly and professional way. Manager Randy Roux conducted the business part of the sale also in a friendly and professional way. Everyone at the dealership has been accommodating and helpful.

They are friendly, professional, courteous and make you feel at home while your car is being serviced. The sales people I've spoken with are also in those categories. I arrived with my 2002 RSX to see if they would be interested in purchasing my vehicle before negotiating a lease. Phil Ursillo was able to meet my expectations on my car and then provide a great lease on a new ILX with the premium and technology packages. Randy in finance made the pile of paperwork to sign effortless. Phil then stayed even after closing hours to answer our questions and explain and show my wife and I all the features of the new car. We went back to Scanlon Acura because the service has always been great and Jesse Sellers has always been vey accommodaing to us whenever we had a question about our previous Acura that we purchased from him. He always had the knowledge and infomation we needed. He makes purchasing a new car a very pleasant experience. The service department is always on the mark. We found the 2007 Acura RL on cars.com. We went to Scanlon Acura in Ft. Myers, FL the following day and traded our 2006 Acura TL in on it. We love the vehicle & had such a pleasant experience at Scanlon. The next time we shop, Scanlon will be the place we go to.
