We have acquired 5 vehicles thru out the years through Adam Davis... You should feel privileged that he works for you and not your competition... Hated to buy from anyone else, but this time we went Infiniti... Really missed dealing with Adam...

I have purchased varous makes of autos throughout my life, GM, AMC, Toyota, Honda, BMW and Acura. Scanlon's Auto Group has excelled in their performance as a seller of a fine and outstanding auto and the service after the sell is by far the best I have incurred. I have had my vehicles serviced in various states, Arkansas, Michigan, New York, Loiusiana, Colorado, Texas, Nebraska, Ohio, Florida, and this dealership, Scanlon Acura has been the best for both the sell and service of the vehicle. I fins their service pricing very competitive within tne market.

This is my fourth purchase from Scanlon Acura. On all purchases I have been sastified with the service and there ability to get the deal done quickly. Adam has always been professional and prompt to handle any and all issues.

I'm on my 5th Acura for two reasons - a) A wonderful, well designed sports sedan that is always a pleasure to drive, b) the superb efforts of Adam Davis to listen to my needs, respond, and put my in the right vehicle at the right price. I know purchasing a car can be an anxiety provoking experience, but never with Adam. He is the consummate professional and should write a book on how to treat customers!

very professional salesman with out being over solitious....

very professional salesman with out being over solitious. allowed us time to make our decision and after the sale, was wonderful about helping us learn all about the "buttons" on the car. Ted Sobel is a sales man we would highly recommend. Susan Amari was courteous and had all papers necessary for the sale ready and waiting, very efficient and friendly. Ray Grybel gave me an Acura hat!! How nice is that!!!

I was not looking forward to the car shopping experience...

I was not looking forward to the car shopping experience with my husband. We came to Scanlon Acura and because of your staff it was a positive experience! From the moment we arrived Bob was friendly, not pushy and very professional. Attention was paid to every little detail during the buying experience. Bob and Randy are game changers of the typical perception about car shopping! I will definitely come back for my next car and have been telling everyone I know Scanlon Acura is THE place to go!

Nitpicked to avoid honoring warranty on a seat belt...

Nitpicked to avoid honoring warranty on a seat belt repair; part failed and they claimed tampering voided the warranty because someone sometime evidently had put electrical tape around an exposed wire. Courtesy steps seem rote rather than meaningful; when it comes to helping the customer, they have more excuses than answers. On a previous visit, provided a loaner vehicle that had a near empty gas tank; said too many customers evidently had not been refilling it as an excuse. They gave a $1,500 estimate to make a compact disk player repair and then acknowledged after unsticking the carousel, that the player was working. Price is high for all services, which would be OK if the quality of service and accommodation matched.

Dear 67chirk, Our sincere apologies go out to you if we have left you feeling anything less than completely satisfied. We value EVERY client and recognize that we have improvements to make if any one of them feels as you did after your service visit. Although Acura does have a very generous warranty extension on their seat belt components, there are exceptions that may render these components non-coverable under the Seat Belt Limited Warranty, which are as follows: ‘The malfunction, misuse, alteration, abuse, accidental damage, or damage caused by collision.’ All parts replaced under this Limited Warranty become property of American Honda and are sent back to the factory for inspection and/or refurbishing as they see fit. Unfortunately if a covered component has been visibly altered, Scanlon Acura cannot administer the corresponding warranty coverage. For our clients’ convenience, we do offer complementary loaner vehicles while we service their cars. All of our loaner vehicles go out with a quarter tank of fuel and we ask that clients replace the fuel they use before returning the vehicle. Should the client have a special need or request for a different amount of fuel we are happy to accommodate these requests. According to the repair order records, your technician was able to remove the compact discs that were lodged in the player and load one of them back in to verify that the unit was functioning properly. The comments went on to say that the remaining discs were left on the passenger seat for the client to decide on inserting all of them. There was also an estimate given to replace the player if the discs continued to lodge in the carousel. We understand that replacement costs can be high on some of the technological features of any premium car model, especially if there is not a refurbished unit available. Please note that we only work original equipment replacement parts as to perform a proper repair every time. In addition to Acura’s 12 month/12,000 mile replacement parts warranty, we (Scanlon Acura) place a limited lifetime warranty on all non-maintenance related parts to ensure our clients are covered in the event of a malfunction. Should you feel the need to have any of these items re-evaluated we would be happy to do so at no charge and accommodate you in any possible way to bring resolution to your concerns.
