I have been buying and servicing cars with Scanlon since 2006 and am using the same service advisor. Dan Hoffman is just outstanding and makes it a pleasure to bring the car in. He is a credit to his profession.

Made same day appointment and they fit me in and completed all service timely. The service was done and a heavy rainstorm ensued. They pulled my vehicle into the service bay waiting area and let me wait until the storm passed and provided me refreshments in their lounge while I waited.

Great service experience as always at Scanlon Lexus. Bob took care of my IS300 and got it ready from a recall in less than 4 hours. He offered me a loaner and I went out from the dealership until my car was ready. I consider Scanlon Lexus my first and unique place to buy and service my cars, cause they make you feel home.
