Called Mike Lawson four times today and never got a call back. I have been a customer there since 2002. I will never do business at Scanlon again.

I have an older Lexus. The Advisor, Mr.Hartman was knowledgeable, friendly, yet professional. He explained everything that was to be checked. He then checked with me for the approval to fix any problems found by the mechanic. My car was washed and spotless when I drove out. While I waited for the car I was in the lounge area with coffee, "goodies," water and multiple TV's to pass the wait time. It was an enjoyable stay.

Service is the hallmark of an excellent dealership and Scanlon Lexus provides excellent service. The key to excellent service begins with the service advisor and our service advisor, Glen Conway, has always provided us with efficient and excellent customer assistance when our 2 cars have been brought in for service.

The service department is efficient and helpful. Bob Bush always attends to my car issues and has been my service representative for my last 2 cars. He is very professional and calls me immediately when my car is finished. I appreciate that.
