Made same day appointment and they fit me in and...

Made same day appointment and they fit me in and completed all service timely. The service was done and a heavy rainstorm ensued. They pulled my vehicle into the service bay waiting area and let me wait until the storm passed and provided me refreshments in their lounge while I waited.

Bob is our recommended service advisor!

Great service experience as always at Scanlon Lexus. Bob took care of my IS300 and got it ready from a recall in less than 4 hours. He offered me a loaner and I went out from the dealership until my car was ready. I consider Scanlon Lexus my first and unique place to buy and service my cars, cause they make you feel home. Here a picture of my wife's car ( NX300) that will go on service tomorrow and the loaner from Scanlon (the RX350) . What a great experience!!!

Recall on RX 350

Bob Bush is the reason we like dealing with Scanlon Lexus after the purchase.He makes getting your car serviced enjoyable. We have purchased two cars from Scanlon and drive 35 miles from Naples because they treat us right!

My new to me Prius V

Oh yes this place has the wow effect it was the best car buying experience ever so professional no pressure they just guide you and wallaah! You have an amazing car worth the 2 1/2 hr drive.

I am in Fort Myers vacationing and my vehicle had a recall that needed to be taken care as well as a maintenance service. I called and was given an appointment that accommodated my schedule. So to conclude, the service manager was very professional and took care of all my needs.

service as it should be

I have always had my 350 serviced at my Lexus dealer at home but I needed the 85,000 mile checkup. The Scanlon service Consultant Keith Ullberg was terrific. He was personable, knowledgeable and understanding of the time it took to do the work rather than underestimating the time, was spot on. The facility was spotless and the staff was friendly. It was an excellent experience. If I lived in Florida, they would be my Lexus dealer of choice.

Great service today. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. Mike Peterson the service mgr was great! Sam Vince the sales person who sold me the car in October told me I would love the experience, He was right! Thanks Sam and Mike

Called Mike Lawson four times today and never got a call back. I have been a customer there since 2002. I will never do business at Scanlon again.
