I just purchased my fourth Lexus from Scanlon Lexus; I obviously love Lexus and this dealership. Ray sold me my last 3 cars and he is very knowledgeable, helpful, caring and friendly. Every time I am on the service schedule he notices it and calls me to ensure that I was happy with my service. Ray greets me in the showroom when I come in for a complimentary wash and follows up promptly when I have questions. He is so professional and cares about each of his customers so that he knows what they like. Robin Francis handled the paperwork very professionally and explained everything well. Bill Smith runs an amazing team and always greets me with a big smile and asks if there is anything he can do for me. Bruce Hartman has been my service representative for years and always takes great care of me and my car. Darrin Fordiani has sold me parts and always takes excellent care of me. If he has to order something, he follows up and calls me as soon as it's in. Amazing service! Kudos to my Scanlon Lexus team! They are why I keep returning and I consider them family. The Lexus experience is world class and we all like to be treated like royalty.

Buying
Paul Melendez was our sales associate. He was professional, friendly, personable and very energetic. You can tell he really cares about his customers. I can not say enough about the scanlon lexus. They are honest and make the buying experience very easy. Marc and Annette are very professional and they both did exactly what they promised. Annette was knowledgeable about the ls and is clearly well trained on the vehicle.

Our fourth purchase/lease experience with Ray Matthews was handled exactly like the previous three, totally pleasing. Glen Conway in the service department exudes the same qualities as well. Scanlon Lexus of Fort Myers is the best
Bruce Hartman, service consultant, went over, above and beyond to service our Lexus RX 350! He contacted Lexus for a good faith effort on replacing our radio amp that had already been replaced 20 months ago. Lexus agreed to split the cost with us and we were back with music within a week! The care and efficiency of the service department and Bruce was top notch. We can't recommend Scanlon Lexus enough and are pleased that Lexus cooperated with the request. That is why we have purchased several Lexus automobiles!

Scanlon Lexus is simply the best for sales and service!
My husband and I have purchased four new Lexuses and leased one over the last 7 years, and each time we have worked with Ray Matthews to close the deals. "Number crunchers" Marc Wozny and Denny Koenig were also instrumental in putting the deals together. Doug Grollmus and Glen Conway have always been our respective service managers. It has been so nice to have the consistency of working with the same people each time we go to Scanlon Lexus. Our experience there has always been positive, and personally I can't imagine buying or leasing a car anywhere else.

Doug Cahn Was Amazing!
My sales professional, Doug, was such a pleasure to work with. He is hones, professional, friendly, caring and instantly felt like family.
