Best Experience, Thank You!

I went to Scanlon Lexus to look at a pre-owned car for my daughter. I had researched the car online ahead of time, so we only went there to see this particular vehicle. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ken Lucas handled our unique situation with care and attention, and he's just an all-around great guy. I highly recommend him and this dealership, and I hope to do business there again in the future. Thank you!

I just wanted to say a big "Thank You!" to Paul Melendez and Susan Nogales. Paul stuck in there to help me get the deal I wanted, I'm new to this area, and Paul has become a friend to my family. Great experience!

What you would expect from a luxury dealership. Great cars, great service, beautiful building. Just make sure you budget time for the buying process. It took me almost six hours from the time I arrived until I drove away. But quality takes time! And my IS 250 F Sport is worth it!

Great service, great cars

Ray Matthews at Scanlon Lexus

I recently moved here from Colorado and purchased a Lexus at Scanlon Lexus. My interactions with Ray Matthews and Billy Dunn have forever changed my expectations of car dealerships. Ray is truly a gentleman and a professional salesman. It was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend Scanlon Lexus to anyone.

Exceptional Experience

This was our 3rd Lexus car purchase and our 2nd at this dealership in less than 2 years and we were again extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism and customer service of the dealership but we particularly want to recognize Ray Matthews. He is great to work with and we felt he was working for us, finding the perfect car to meet our needs. He is exceptional to work with and we highly recommend him for his knowledge and attention to detail. Susann Nogales was an absolute delight and she made the document process a breeze. We loved her. We also wanted to recognize Glen Conway our service department representative, who happened to see us in the showroom and made a point of coming over and visiting with us just to be friendly. We had the opportunity to negotiate with Denny Koenig and he was great to work with and we truly have nothing but praise for the above mentioned team and the overall customer service and physical structure of this beautiful dealership.

Excellent car-buying experience at Scanlon Lexus

From tb time we entered the dealership to the time we drove off with our new Lexus, Paul was extremely helpful and friendly and always attentive. Car-buying can be a stressful, however with Paul it was stress-free & his humorous manner made us feel at ease at all time. We will recommend him to others.

Great experience, first class dealership

After my Honda Accord was totaled from a falling oak tree, I was forced to purchase a replacement vehicle. Having been a long time Honda/Acura customer, I pretty much knew what I wanted. I found the a 2013 Accord EX-L on the internet and contacted Scanlon to get more information, etc. I received a very prompt reply from Annette Keohane and the process started. I was very impressed w/ Annettte and ended up making a deal by phone. I then drove the 4 hours from Volusia county to Ft Meyers to complete the purchase of this vehicle. The car was even nicer than Annette had described and the purchase was completed. I highly recommend Annette and this dealership.
