Scanlon Lexus

This is the 3rd Lexus we have purchased. Scanlon is a top notch dealership. We are very pleased with how we are treated. We were fortunate to have Ray Matthews as our sales person for our initial transaction & all of our subsequent purchases. Ray is knowledgeable & a low pressure sales person. He has an eye for detail. Marc, the manager, is great too. The whole experience is pleasant & they make you feel important as a customer. Even the finance person, Billy, was wonderful. You cannot go wrong buying a vehicle from Scanlon. Seek out Ray as he is the best!

It was a pleasure working with Paul Melendez. He is friendly and personable. We are pleased with the purchase of our pre-owned CT200. When we purchased the car, however, there was a small dent in one of the doors the dealership agreed to repair. When we returned to have the work done, we waited over 30 minutes before we were informed body work of this nature would be conducted on certain days between 9 and noon. When we returned on the designated day and time, there was confusion as to whom was to do the work. It was uncomfortable for us, the customers, as the dealership seemed to struggle with the cost of the repair and who was to accomplish the job. Although we enjoyed working with Paul, we hope our experience when we return to the dealership for repairs, oil changes, or car washes is more pleasant than the initial service.

It was an absolute pleasure working with the staff of Scanlon Lexus of Ft Myers when I recently leased my RX450h. Kindness, friendliness, laughter--all were part of our transaction, but they never forgot I was the customer and took very good care of me. I will definitely recommend and do business with the again!

too far apart on a trade value, couldn't get a deal done

Paul Melendez was very enthusiastic and helpful. Paul said he would meet my budget needs and I had my doubts. However, he managed it and I couldn't have been more pleased. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others who may be looking for a vehicle.

Paul Melendez was very patient and extremely helpful in making our recent ES350 purchase. While not pushing us toward any one car, Paul spent the time to point out any advantages that one deal might have over another. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about each of the models and the various features and took all the time we needed to fully understand some of the technology we were not familiar with. Paul has a great personality and warm sense of humor that puts the customer at ease. Buying a new car can often be a trying experience, but Paul Melendez made our time at the dealership pleasant and ultimately rewarding. We love our new ES350! Also Susann Nogales was exceptionally helpful getting through the paperwork. She was able to answer all our questions and make suggestions that were most beneficial. We enjoyed our time with Susann!

The entire buying experience was exceptional at Scanlon Lexus. I received great value on my trade and aggressive numbers for a least on my favorite car available on the lot. I've leased Lexus cars with other dealers out of the state but never had such a great experience as this. Kirsten and Bill Smith were great to work with...you will not be disappointed.

Our car buying experience with Paul Melendez was the best we ever experienced. He is lovely to work with, enthusiastic about Lexus, knows the product details, and immediately puts the customer first. He seemed willing to do whatever it took to see that we were happy customers! I have previously owned 3 Mercedes, but am now a Lexus convert. In addition, Robin Francis was also very professional and pleasant when it came to the tedious task of completing the necessary paperwork. Great overall experience at Scanlon lexus in fort myers. I came into the dealership at 4 pm and left with the vehicle that I wanted at 5:50 pm out the door. Paul and robin made this process extremely easy and convenient and not to mention a great price. I will be coming back to purchase a car for my wife.
