We purchased a 2011 ES 350 that Ray took off of the sale lot and put a hold order on the car for my wife Linda. We told Ray that we would not be able to purchase the vehicle until Aug 30th - this was on Aug. 17th! Our purchase experience was beyond any other we have been through and was facilitated soley by Ray's trust in us and his ability to identfy and hold the car we wanted until we were able to complete the cash transaction on Aug. 30th. Lexus of Ft Myers has added a new technoligy service that I find invaluable. I was struggling with learning the fine points of using the navigation system in my new SUV and the manuel did not enlighten me. I stopped by Scanlon Lexus where I purchased my car to ask a few questions and was introduced to Reilly Morris, their new IT genius, who spent time educating me.
