After my Honda Accord was totaled from a falling oak tree, I was forced to purchase a replacement vehicle. Having been a long time Honda/Acura customer, I pretty much knew what I wanted. I found the a 2013 Accord EX-L on the internet and contacted Scanlon to get more information, etc. I received a very prompt reply from Annette Keohane and the process started. I was very impressed w/ Annettte and ended up making a deal by phone. I then drove the 4 hours from Volusia county to Ft Meyers to complete the purchase of this vehicle. The car was even nicer than Annette had described and the purchase was completed. I highly recommend Annette and this dealership.

We recently purchased a 2012 Acura from Scanlon Lexus in Fort Myers. Our salesperson, Annette, was friendly and professional. The dealership was willing to hold the car for two weeks for us as we were busy closing on a new home and moving. They also assisted us with financing. The car was completely detailed and a full tank of gas was provided. If you are shopping for a car I recommend the dealership and our salesperson, Annette, without reservation.

I live out of state and saw a used car on there web site and luckily got connected with Annette, she handles internet sales. She walked me through the car as she sat it in...telling me if it smelled like smoke, any scuff marks, dents, etc. She always got back to me when she had to find out an answer. She is a very honest salesperson which is very hard to come by these days. I have been looking for this specific vehicle for a while now and encountered some salespeople who I wouldn't buy a cup of coffee off of. The buying process was painless and can't say a bad thing about her or the entire experience. The car was ready when promised, and car exactly as she described to me. She sent me several pictures of the car so I could look at a few things closer. She went out of her way to give GREAT customer service. I highly recommend her!!

When can you say that buying a car was a great experience...well I can this time only due to, Annette Keohane , my salesperson. I live out of state, and saw a vehicle on line and luckily got connected with her. I emailed a question and immediately got a response back from her. She is a honest, pleasant person to work with. She makes you feel like you have know her for years. All questions were quickly answered and always got back to me quickly when I had additional questions for her. The buying process was easy and painless . I cannot say enough good things about her. I highly recommend her and the dealer. I was pleasantly surprised that it went so smoothly and pleasant as car buying is not something that you look forward to doing.

Ray Matthews is perhaps the most professional sales person I've ever encountered and I've been buying and selling cars for the last 48 years. He and Susann Nogales made our experience worthwhile and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. A casual Saturday drive, to look for a convertible... turned into the most spontaneous, smoothest, friendliest transaction ever. We were greeted by Paul Melendez, whose witty, friendly, professional demeanor won us over immediately as we were just casually exploring our purchase options. Paul was very personable and honest with his knowledge and lack of , as he admittedly talked of this being a rather new position for him. That honesty actually led us to trust him more...and ultimately led to us leaving with our new car that same afternoon.
