Kirsten was fantastic, easy going didn't get flustered when I worked her for every penny.I have to say it was the least stressful car deal I have ever been part of. Ray was for lack of a better word "AWESOME"... He was very proactive in a non pressure, passive manner if that makes sense. You have a great talent in him... We would definitely recommend Scanlon Lexus and will most likely buy again. Robin and Riley was also a delight to deal with. Great crew you have there Jay. Congratulations on your new showroom and service center.. The service center was a delight while I waited for the Xylene application.. SCANLON LEXUS IS TOP NOTCH

I recently purchased my second Lexus from Doug Cahn and could not be happier. Two years ago, I went to Mercedes of Fort Myers in search of a car and was treated very poorly by their uppity sales department. From the moment I walked in to Lexus, I felt valued as a customer and as a person. Doug is an excellent and honest sales person and Susann in finance will get it done! I am two cars in and will never buy from anywhere else.

This is the second new car we have bought from Scanlon...

This is the second new car we have bought from Scanlon Lexus in the last two years and, on both occasions, our salesman was Ray Matthews. In fact, we specifically asked for him the second time around. He has a low-key, low-pressure and friendly style that made my wife and I feel like truly valued customers. Ray went out of his way to provide outstanding service and make sure that we were completely satisfied with the purchase process throughout. Couple that with the fact that sales manager Marc Wozny also treated us like valued customers. He handled the price negotiation both upfront and professionally, and treated us like intelligent people with the result that a deal was struck reasonably quickly and that we were pleased with the final outcome. And, as the frosting on the cake, business manager Susann Nogales, took the time to walk us through the entire paperwork process thoroughly, efficiently and pleasantly making sure that we clearly understood the various documents we were required to sign and ensuring that the numbers were accurate and consistent with the deal that we had agreed to. My wife and I have bought at least twenty new cars over our 47 years of marriage, and this was one of the most positive, if not the most positive, car purchase we've ever had. Thanks to Ray, Marc and Susann for both a great car and a great buying experience!!

In 2012, I was looking for a luxury vehicle and stopped in a Mercedes of Fort Myers. My experience there was terrible and I felt disheartened upon leaving. I stopped by Scanlon Lexus on a whim and met Doug Cahn, who put me into a wonderful Lexus. My past year of dealing with Lexus as a member of their Preferred Customer program entitled me to free car washes and oil changes. I have grown to the know the "Lexus family" and last week I purchased my second Lexus. Once again, a worry-free and professional experience. I LOVE my Lexus and will never purchase a vehicle from anywhere else.

I purchase my Is 250 and had a great experience with...

I purchase my Is 250 and had a great experience with that. My complaint is for what happened just 8 months after my purchase. I started noticing that my cars headlights started getting very foggy and brought the vehicle in to Scanlon Lexus. I was informed that there was nothing wrong with my headlights. I was not satisfied with the response I received from the dealer and contacted Lexus directly. I was then told that I would have to contact Scanlon. Scanlon again reviewed the vehicle and insisted that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle but offered to have the headlights cleaned like you would do with a used car purchased at a buy here pay here dealer. I have owned less expensive vehicles in the past and have received better service to defects in workmanship. Although I have owned two Lexus vehicles in the past, I cannot recommend the experience I received from Lexus this time. I am currently in the process of selling my $30k car just8 months after I purchased it and seriously considering another car manufacturer and dealer.

I receive an email from Scanlon regarding my review. In the email they state that I was offered the option to pay for half of the headlight replacement (this option was never offered). The only option offered to me was to have the headlights cleaned at the dealer's expense. Since this was my only option I accepted to bring in the car today 6/20/13. This is what upset me the most. When I arrived today Glenn the service tech ( who has been the only reposible person so far) advised me that since I wrote my review he had been informed that they were not going to do what they had offered. I asked for the keys to my vehicle and left. This just confirmed to me Scanlon's total disregard for customer service. I have decided to sell my vehicle or trade it in! How can I continue to bring my vehicle to be serviced considering the way I have been treated or worse the retaliation that Scanlon has used against me simply for stating the truth!!!

Anything can influence the plastic compound on your headlights including: waxes, cleaning agents, tar, sap, and even sprinkler water. This is why some vehicles made with the same lights, but owned by two different people may experience this same issue, and some do not. We invited Lexus corporate into the dealership to look at your headlights. Our regional representative has looked at hundreds of new and used Lexus vehicles. Your headlights had no internal condensation to indicate any crack in the housing, which would indicate a factory defect. The headlights were operating as normal, so this was flagged as a wear and tear item not covered by any warranty. We will admit that somewhere along the process you should have sat down with both the Service Manager and the Area Lexus rep to go over your specific situation and options. We apologize this did not happen. Moving forward that will happen as a result of this occurrence. While this particular situation did not conclude to either parties satisfaction, we did attempt to assist outside of what we were obligated to do in an effort to provide satisfaction with your vehicle. Superb service

After a shaky start two years ago with the purchase of a 2007 CPO RX350 from Scanlon that was not up to par and Scanlon kept saying a decision had not been made ....I returned for another scheduled service and the advisor informed me that the oil change was not complimentary and next time i might want to buy a "new" Lexus, I simply turned around and walked out. I contacted LEXUS USA over my unresolved issues and they went overboard and made the vehicle right and then some, although at another dealership. Move forward 18 months my wife was heading out from Fort Myers to Las Vegas and the vehicle was due for service so I figured let's get it done I am in town. I contacted Glenn Bischoff and he had my vehicle serviced in a timely manner and gave me my complimentary oil change (lifetime service came with the car).He came to me and asked me to check the tires and made me a super offer on a new set of Michelines with 4 wheel allignment so I made an appointment for the following week when I was scheduled to pick up my wife from the airport. Again, Glenn and the service was superb and timely. I initially went in expecting the worse after a lousy sales experience with Drew as he never insured the car issues got resolved and my previous service dept experience, that I bought my daughters at another Lexus dealership. I can say without reservation that if you need service on your vehicle Glenn is your man, unpretentious, friendly and most important professional in every respect. I am glad I went and thanks to Glenn have a renewed sense of confidence towards the Scanlon service dept.

One of our best experiences ever in purchasing a vehicle....

One of our best experiences ever in purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Matthews is indeed a Master sales person. He walked us through the process with the greatest of ease and expertise. We came into the dealership about an hour and a half before closing. When quitting time arrived Mr. Matthews continue to give us outstanding consumer service pass closing time. Mr. Matthews left us with such a positive experience that we return three days later to purchase our LS460. We will recommend Scanlon Lexus Dealership to all of our family, friends, church family and coworkers. Please accept our congratulation on having such an awesome Team of employees. Mr. Dunn also showed us such patience with the choosing of an extended warranty. P.S. Thanks for the box of chocolate from the worlds best, "Norman Love Confections". I would like to take the time to share the wonderful experience I had purchasing my vehicle from Scanlon Lexus. I live in North Carolina & I was in search of a 2010 LS 460 Lexus (black on black with the 19 inch wheels) I had been searching online and at my local dealership for this particular vehicle in the price range that I wanted. One afternoon I happen to stumble across the Scanlon Lexus website and began to view the vehicles that were for sale. I found the one that I had been looking for and I immediately called the dealership. Mr Wagner Brenes answered the telephone and from that moment on it was smooth sailing. Wagner responded to all of my questions and concerns in a timely matter. He kept me informed throughout the entire buying process. Susan Nogales also played an important role making sure all my paper work was correct. I will definitely refer all of my family and friends to Scanlon Lexus ! ! ! A+++++++++++
