Scanlon Lexus

We leased a new 2013 ES350 from Scanlon on Sat. 5/4. We dealt with Gary Behnken. This was our second transaction with Gary. Previously we had leased a 2010 ES350. They bought the car out of the lease early and put us into the 2013 at a very good price. Gary was wonderful to deal with, again. All the staff with whom we interacted with were great as well. This was the best car buying experience that we have had on our 50 years of car buying. Highly recommend Scanlon and Gary Behnken.

I had been looking for a Lexus for sometime and happenned to find one that I liked on this dealers website. I called the number and Doug answered, it was 8AM! Doug told me about the car, asked me about my trade and told me the financing options. I went to the dealer that evening and met Doug- the deal was excactly what he had told me earlier and he even tinted the windows for me. Besides the car being beautiful, and the price being more than fair- the dealership is a warm, friendly place and Doug is the nicest, most knowledgable salesmen I have ever dealt with. When I had to go meet the dreaded finance guy- he turned out to be great too- not pushing me into anything I didn't want. When we were all done, the dealership gave me a box of Norman Love chocolates to make the experience perfect. I live much closer to another Lexus dealer and drove past it to get to Scanlan after having a bad experience with them, and it was so worth the extra few minutes to get to Scanlon. I'm a lifelong customer.

Buying a car over the internet started out a little scary. But the people at Scanlon made it a very pleasurable experience. We traveled from the Orlando area to Ft. Myers for my lovely new Lexus RX350. Doug Cahn got the deal I wanted and was SUPER NICE and helpful over the phone to get everything set up. Billy Dunn called me with paperwork questions so that he could have everything ready when we arrived. Doug patiently walked me through all the controls and answered all my questions. There was never any pressure to upsell when it came time for the paperwork, which was a very pleasant departure from my previous car buying experiences. No games, no pressure, just a straightforward, good deal on a beautiful car. These folks were so nice and so helpful I would definitely recommend them to others in the market for a car.

Doug Cahn, Is one of those few salesmen that do not pressure you into buying a car.His knowledge, honesty and friendliness made this car buying experience very pleasant. The price I paid for the car, was exactly the same as quoted. Scanlon Lexus had all the paperwork ready and I was out the door with my new car in one hour. My husband and I were recently in the market for a gently used SUV. We decided to shop at several Dealerships in the Fort Myers area to compare models, price and service. We were very impressed with the Scanlon Lexus Dealership and especially with our salesman, Doug Cahn. Doug was the kind of person we wanted to work with in our search. He was personable and friendly, without being pushy! Doug was very knowledgeable about the cars and their options and took his time in showing us how things worked. Initially, we didn't find exactly what we were looking for, but Doug worked hard to locate an SUV that would meet our needs. Of course Doug found the perfect car for us and we knew that he worked out a really fair deal on the price. Finally, in the end, when you own the car...it's really all about the service and standing behind your product. My husband and I have bought three new Lexus vehicles since 2007, and in addition to this, my husband worked with our salesman Ray Matthews twice at another dealership in the past. The Scanlon Lexus team is just great, both sales and service. We feel like family when we go in there and sometimes we just stop by to say hi and see what's going on. I don't think I've ever seen such a bunch of happy customers anywhere - it is common to get into cheerful, animated conversations with fellow Lexus fans that you have never met. Service is handled wonderfully and we feel the pricing is very fair. I just bought a 2013 GS350 this week, and besides the fact that I have been in LOVE with this model since the day it hit the showroom, I felt that everyone worked together to make me a deal that made sense for me. Doug cahn was absolutely great and this is our second Lexus that we purchased from him. He couldn't be more helpful and has a great working knowledge of all the Lexus models.
