Ray, Marc and Susann were beyond five stars in their professionalism and customer service. They were fun, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and made us feel very comfortable. It was our first visit to the dealership to test drive their convertibles. We started with a 2010 pre-owned Lexus convertible and drove out with an amazing 2014 IS250 F-Sport convertible. It is exactly as Marc described it, "Mac Daddy!". Because we made the decision to purchase so late in the afternoon Ray, Marc and Susann stayed until 8PM to finish the purchase. We can't say enough nice things about them - thank you Susann, Marc and Ray!

Words cannot express how pleased I am with Marc Wozny and the entire staff of Scanlon Lexus in Ft Myers. This RX350 is the 12th car we have purchased or leased from this dealership and the experience gets better each and every time. From the greeting at the entrance to driving the vehicle off the lot.When we entered the building Mr Wozny left his office and greeted myself and my wife as soon as he spotted us in the showroom and expressed how glad he is to have us in the Lexus family. I know he is a very busy man and I was impressed by his graciousness and the warm welcome we were given. He arranged the sales price to meet our budget, assigned a new salesperson (excellent by the way), gave us a tour of the new building and in general was incredible to work with on Saturday, June 14th, 2014.The quality of the brand speaks for itself but the sales and service we get at Scanlon Lexus is far above that of any dealership I have ever used. I will be a Lexus client forever because of the quality of their staff ( and I love the cars). I must commend Lexus on their apparent path to perfection. You clearly have the right philosophy so keep it going.

I have been buying cars for years. This dealership is the best I have been in. The work hard to get your business. They treat you like you are family. If you want a great deal and customer service this is the dealership to go to.

My wife and I recently Leased a 2014 I250 Convertible. We were very pleased with our salesman Ray Matthews. He took great care in showing us the car and helping us to acquire an excellent sale price for the Lexus. I would highly recommend both Scanlon Lexus and Mr. Matthews to anyone who is in the market for a car. In addition, we moved to Florida about 7 months ago and I had occasion to have our 2010 Lexus serviced at Scanlon. I would also like to mention that Glen Conway in the service department does an excellent job.

After many weeks of trying to work with subpar salespeople who misrepresented the cars, failed to note that a car of interest was under contract until I visited the dealership or were not responsive, I was pleased to have the opportunity to work with Doug. I flew down twice from Atlanta to Fort Myers within 5 days to first test drive a used RX 350 and then to purchase the car. The entire experience, from negotiating price to finalizing the cash purchase, was easy and enjoyable. Doug Cahn is very experienced and customer-oriented. He is transparent and professional and goes out of his way to ensure that the entire car buying process is smooth for the customer. There was one dent and small scratch on the used car, which Doug made certain was fixed (it turned out to be a little bit more complicated than paintless dent removal). My pre-owned car looks beautiful. Billy Dunn is also very upfront and knowledgeable. The dealership is comfortable and everyone is very helpful. They invest significant resources into ensuring their used cars are in outstanding shape. My car, although it has 50k miles, has already had its 60k service, two new tires, a nav update and more. The showroom and lot is large and there is plenty from which to choose (new and pre-owned). If you are looking for a Lexus, you would do yourself a favor to contact Scanlon Lexus. They live up to their excellent reputation.

This is the 3rd car I have bought from Shaun Volkmann and he is simply the best! He is highly professional and has always exceeded my expectations. We are quite pleased with both James Long and Robin Francis. Both were more than friendly and professional in their approach to the sale. My wife is a critic of poor service, but could only give accolades to both. We were treated well and even got to meet with Mr. Smith who was a real gentleman. We will definitely continue to refer clients, neighbors and friends to James Long. Already back to service area for Xzilon treatment and was treated well by all.
