I inquired online about a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus and has the pleasure of meeting Doug Cahn. Doug has been such a pleasure to work with, he has made the purchase of my new Pre-Owned Lexus the most positive and stress free car buying experience ever, Susann Nogales was also helpful in making the experience stress free and fun.I am truly impressed with Scanlon Lexus of Fort Myers, I would highly recommend Scanlon Lexus to anyone in the market for a new or used car, they are in for the best car buying experience ever.

After months of searching, we found a 2010 Toyota Sequoia that had all the features we were looking for on the Scanlon Lexus website. Kirsten welcomed us in when we arrived at the dealership and was eager to help us get our trade-in value and take the Sequoia for a test drive. Even though we had to leave before finishing the deal, Kirsten was patient and followed up with us over the next few days while we discussed whether the SUV was the right fit. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, Kirsten was able to get us a great trade-in value and final price on the Sequoia. She completed all the paperwork prior to our appointment to pick-up the vehicle, which made it easy when we came in with our two small kids! We were very pleased with Kirsten and will definitely make Scanlon our first stop on any future car searches.

Paul is very enthusiastic about everything and was able to work to get us the vehicle we wanted at the price we were willing to spend! By far, the most pleasant experience in purchasing a car EVER!!! Our first time buying experience at Scanlon Lexus was great. Ken Lucas made our purchase a very easy decision. From the time we drove in until the time we drove out with a CPO Lexus was about two hours and we never hesitated in finalizing the purchase. Our thanks go to Ken and the whole Scanlon team for making us another satisfied customer.

This is our fourth Lexus purchase, and this purchase was hands-down the best experience we have ever had with Lexus purchases! The only reason we are even customers at Scanlon is due to Dan Hoffman and his INCREDIBLE service he gives us, so it was a no-brainer to buy our next NEW Lexus LX at Scanlon (we relocated from Colorado). Paul Melendez was so professional with his sales expertise and highly knowledgeable, answering all of our questions, and being VERY thorough when it came time to "teach" (explain to) us all about our newest Lexus, our 2015 LX. Personally, I am not very "technology savvy", yet once he was explaining things to us, he even took the time to teach me easier ways to use my iPhone with it's voice technology! What a PLUS! We have always recommended Dan to our family and friends whom own Lexus, and now we will highly recommend Paul. Thanks, Scanlon, you really know how to take care of your customers!

I got the car I wanted but I feel taken advantage of. I was shuffled between sales people, my loan process didn't even begin until after the doors closed at 8pm on a Sunday. They skipped someone ahead of me to financing and I was forced to make knee jerk decisions on my loan and extended warranty because of it. PLUS I spent money I didn't need to because they had a new tag issued without asking if I wanted to my current tag. I over paid for my extended warranty bc no one let me review it prior to the decision making process. I started the financing process at 2pm and didnt get to see anyone to ask any important questions until 8pm. My best friend is buying a new Lexus in the next month and she will not be going there after my ordeal.

Everything was fabulous! From the minute we walked in to the purchase, the staff was amazing. I highly recommend Doug Cahn. He was completely honest (rare these days) and the entire process was simple and timely. We had been to another local dealership and they just don't compare to Scanlon Lexus and Doug!

Doug Cahn was an amazing salesman. What I loved about him was his honesty. Very rare these days! The entire buying experience was uncomplicated. The price he gave us was fair and there wasn't the usual "manager wheeling and dealing for hours or even days". It was fast, simple and a truly wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Doug and the Scanlon dealership! We had been to another local Lexus dealer and our experience was not pleasant at all.
