Went to Scanlon just to educate myself. Approached by Ray Matthews who was so effective we ended up buying a slightly used 2015 RX450. Ray was great to work with, very attentive, not at all pushy. I found myself in immediate car buying market. I knew I wanted a Lexus but I also knew I had a budget to stick with. I saw a few quality certified pre-owned ES 350 online and I sent an inquiry. I was immediately contacted my a very nice person named Doug Cahn through my preferred contact method of email. He wasn't pushy and he was extremely patient with me throughput the entire process including picking a lexus model, I never considered, financing through my credit union out of state (alot of patience with me on that 1), a trade I didn't even consider and finally outstanding customer service. This was my first experience with a Lexus dealer. I expected the level of service to be aboye average, but Scanlon Motors surpassed my expectations, Ray Matthews was very patient with us. We test drove an ES350 and liked it very much. Then we saw the ES300h and loved it. Ray helped us with any issue we might have about our first hybrid. Shaun helped explain a few things as well. When we said we would like to take some time to consider it, he did not push us. He came in the next day (his day off) to finish up the deal. William Dunn took over for the financial end and was also terrific, He explained the extended coverage in a way that allowed is to make informed decisions to protect our investment in this car,

Paul always kept me informed throughout every step of the sales process, I always knew exactly how close I was to closing on the purchase. Since I work over 50 hours per week paul was very patient and never rushed me or pushed the sale, he trusted that i wanted the car and just went to work on the numbers I desired to deal with. When financing time came, Susann Nogales was exceptionally caring about every detailed and every question I had. Although it was late Susann made me fill as if she had just started her day and for that reason I felt at home.
