Thoughts Concerning The Lexus Process
I was several months away from making a major decision concerning an upgraded automobile. I want to thank Mike/Big Lot for taking me on an instructive "Walkabout"/Lexus used car selections. Also I wish to thank Chuck Koenig for his professionalism and directed information concerning the realities of the purchasing process. In addition I wish to thank Michael Lawson for his most efficient presentation/handling of the entire paperwork process. I have learned a lot about the luxury car business and the interplay of the personalities/customer relationships/involved. Again--the action decision making process was several months earlier than expected. Not every personal expectation was met. Nevertheless--the experience was really worthwhile. I sincerely hope that the Germain Lexus Service/Certified Car Status/Five Year Warranty /will be comprehensive/complete in maintaining this vehicle. Indeed--it was a big step for a Middle Class individual to undertake these extensive fiscal obligations. Thanks Again. CHP

My first experience with Germaine. Purchased car from private party 5 months ago in FL & drove home to MA & returned here in need of oil change. Called your service, spoke with Dawn regarding red light light on in vehicle, she solved my problem & set up appt for rolling day. I was given a loaner. She called when vehicle was ready at the time I was told it would be ready. It was a very positive experience & vehicle will remain in Naples & I will return for service. Thank you Pat Grady

One can say many things when it comes dealers and not...
One can say many things when it comes dealers and not necessarily always good. In this case I must say that the phrase "Outstanding Service" falls short for this dealer and their team. I've never felt so welcome or been given so much attention, they really listen and pay attention to every little detail. Not only was the service excellent, but they make you feel as if they've known you always... like family. I just relocated from NY and needed an affordable and reliable truck for my husband to work with and pronto! That's exactly what I received, a beautiful Toyota Sequoia, in great shape, low miles and awesome price, this truck will definitely be with us for a very long time. My husband and I are not only happy with our purchase but are very grateful for the outstanding work that Trish Cano, Mike Lawson, Vince Marcantonio and Steve Duran (love this guy) put in for us from the bottom of our hearts Thank You. This dealer just gain another customer for life, I will be coming back for sure, with 3 growing kids we will need more cars or trucks soon. Thank you Lexus of Naples team!

2008 Lexus had a battery prolem, within an hour a mechanic arrived at my home and replaced it under a pro rated warranty. Excellent service!

An excellent experience with Germain Lexus, again.
Our most recent shopping experience at Germain Lexus, like the previous ones, was all that we have come to expect. The environment and the people were welcoming--it is in every way a superb dealership. The facilities are excellent, and foster a relaxed and rewarding process for the customer. There is no hard sell, no pressure, no games. It has been this way for us over twelve years and four different car purchases. Every person we met at the dealership, without exception, conveyed a pride and confidence that this is really a family. It is hard to describe if you haven't experienced it, but this is the way cars should be purchased. Special thanks go to Steve Duran, our sales person. We had dealt with him before, and asked for him this time too. We have bought or leased a lot of cars in a lot of places over a lot of years, and we can confidently say our home will remain Germain Lexus. Steve is true to his word, was aware of our wishes regarding the car we were interested in, and genuinely helpful in making the deal successful. We are not neophytes regarding cars and dealers, and we are well aware that dealerships must be profitable. And still we left happy! As I told Steve when I stopped by to have the car washed, next to his wife I am his biggest fan! He is always and in all facets of his position extremely knowledgeable. For us he is Germain Lexus, and this does not end with the sale. I cannot imagine a better sales person, or sales experience. And my past experience with the dealership engenders the view that the same is true for Germain Lexus, from top to bottom. This is a rave review for Steve Duran and all of Germain Lexus, from a satisfied and well treated repeat customer. Thanks to all.
