Great Dealership with outstanding customer service
I as well as many family members and friends have both purchase and leased numerous vehicles from this dealership. I saw the negative review left by Adam from Ft. Myers and felt the need to set the story straight. As a repeat customer of Germain Lexus, I have and do shop around and they have continued to EARN my business back. They are competitive with their pricing but their customer service is what sets them apart. As someone who used to be in the car business for many years up north, I know that the markup on new cars are not as much as most people think. I just wanted to set the story straight and thought the review was unfit and unfair. Germain Lexus, keep doing what your doing and I'll be a lifelong customer. Love the Lexus product and the service you provide.

This is the third Lexus we have purchased, and I have to say it was the best experience so far. The salesman Wayne was very helpful, and did not try to push or rush me in any way. And I greatly appreciated that there was none of that I have to go speak to my manager garbage. Only a couple of small hickups, ( to be expected ). All in all a relaxing top notch experience.

I attempted to explain what I wanted via email. Instead of reading it, I received a form letter response with overpriced vehicles. Save your money. Drive to Miami and save thousands.

I've heaped praise on your service department before, first for Joe Caso, now for John McCloskey, but your technicians deserve praise as well, so why keep them anonymous. Personalize these e-mails and let the customer rate both. As for this page--it leaves a lot to be desired. Make it simple, keep it simple, make it short, keep it short. Make separate pages for buyers and for those who come in for service. You know who we are and you can address us separately and directly. Oh, and please tell Jessica to take me off her list. :)
