I've heaped praise on your service department before, first for Joe Caso, now for John McCloskey, but your technicians deserve praise as well, so why keep them anonymous. Personalize these e-mails and let the customer rate both. As for this page--it leaves a lot to be desired. Make it simple, keep it simple, make it short, keep it short. Make separate pages for buyers and for those who come in for service. You know who we are and you can address us separately and directly. Oh, and please tell Jessica to take me off her list. :)

I initially came in for a service I'm my existing Lexus ISC. I ended up trading for a new 2014 thanks to the hard work and diligence of Roger Marais. He was a pleasure to work with and did a great job transitioning me from service to sales. I would do business with Roger again.

I was trading a Tundra pick-up for a new 2013 AWD RX350. When there were no 2013s that met my criteria they offered me a 2014 for the same price. It took longer to find the car that met my criteria, but Sean stayed with me. The dealership found one and the trade was successful. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the staff. Roger handled the paperwork and the Xzion service. The service department had some delay in the process, so Roger & Sean arranged for a loaner car to accommodate my needs. Great dealership!!

I have been dealing with Sean for years now. Buying a car thru him was so easy. No stress at all, not like with other dealerships. The day of pick up was just as good/easy. There were a few documents to sign and out the door I went with my new RX350. I have dealt with other Lexus Dealerships (Fort Myers and Orlando), but I will always come back to your dealership because besides the no hassle purchase experience, the service you provide me is outstanding. When most people make the decision to visit a car...
When most people make the decision to visit a car dealership for service or to look for a new car, they get very cautious, skeptical, and nervous about how the experience might go. This is not the case at Lexus in Naples. Let me tell you about my experience here. I bought a used Lexus RX300 in 2010 (after having a terrible accident and going through bankruptcy) from Lu Gani, who made me feel like I was buying an $80,000 car. he made me feel important. Since then he has stayed in touch with me through both calls and emails, making sure I am happy, and my car is running smoothly. Lu understands having a "customer for life." Each time he reached out to me he said, "Call me anytime you need something." So when the time came for my Lexus to have some major service, I called Lu and not only did he make the initial contact for me with the service manager, Shawn, he also made sure I had a loaner car, and gave Dave McKinney, Service Consultant, a brief introduction of my situation, and was there when I came for my service appointment. Lu was there to greet me and spend a few minutes with me catching up, making sure I had something to drink and I was comfortable. The key thing I want to communicate is this: They made it easy for me to do business with them......and they made me feel like royalty in doing so! What I found is at this dealership they don't care what you spend...it is truly all about customer service, doing the right thing, and treating people with respect and honesty. The princess treatment continued when I met with Dave McKinney. I truly felt like I was his only customer. He took care of me as if we had been life-long friends! He understood my situation, was very empathetic, listened to me, and made recommendations on the somewhat overwhelming list of work I should get completed! Again, Dave understands "customer for life". He made me feel confident, gave me peace of mind I was doing the right thing, and gave me the royal treatment - one example was by allowing me the privilege of driving an amazing Lexus LS loaner car. WOW what an experience. He trusted me to take care of it and that was a good feeling. I truly enjoyed being there! As a result of working with these 2 guys, I was confident I was in the right place, making the right decisions - it was almost hard to leave! During the follow up when I picked up my car, Dave explained everything to me and made sure I was completely comfortable and confident. He made it easy for me to spend $1600 which is a lot of money for a single gal on her own, who just bought a house! :-) He really reinforced to me I was doing the right thing in every conversation. His way of communicating makes you feel calm, and confident you are in the right place - and reinforces you are doing the right thing. Dave and Lu both are awesome and I am just so pleased and amazed at how well I was treated! It makes me want to come back again and again and tell EVERYONE about my experience! Which I already have. Professionals and businesses could learn a tremendous amount about customer service from folks like Lu and Dave! They get it! And how refreshing is that....I look forward to my next visit! I feel like I have friends there watching out for me. Thank you Dave and Lu!! PS Did I mention I drove form Cape Coral simply because of the service?

It was to be a simple service, but the Nave update...
It was to be a simple service, but the Nave update stopped in the middle for unknown reason. Shawn got me a loaner car and my wife and I were able to go to lunch and another appointment while the update was completed. Shawn also did not charge for the update because of the long wait for the service. Over and above super service!

Great Service Experience
Always a very comforting and relaxing experience. My Service Consultant John (McCloskey) is great to deal with. Estimates are always accurate, so never any 'surprises'. The minute you drive up, all the staff are very welcoming. Great job everyone!

Got appointment quickly (called Monday, and got in Friday). Carrie was very friendly and kept me apprised about what was occurring with the vehicle. Service was done promptly and was in the price range we had expected.
