Great Job Jenkins Of Ocala Acura

We drove over to Jenkins Acura Of Ocala. We spoke with car salesman Anthony if they had any used Volkswagen Beetles for sale. Anthony stated they had one 2019 White VW Beetle at their used car lot. We walked over to the VW Beetle it was in great condition to be used. We tried to start the vehicle, the battery wasn’t pushing a current. Anthony retrieved a battery charger we waited about 5 minutes and the car started. However, Anthony explained to us if the battery was bad they would replace it for no charge. I explained to Anthony if it runs we would drive the VW Beetle after the battery is charged. This 2019 Turbo VW Beetle took off like it was new, it was fast efficient, we checked that VW Turbo Beetle out thoroughly, it was a perfect like new. We purchased the 2019 with a gap plan covering the engine, and transmission Anthony, and his sales manager to include used car sales, put that deal together for us. We closed the deal in about 1 hour. Then we took off and drove smiling and happy. One week went by and the battery did go bad. We called the Service Department, they offered to pick us up or bring the vehicle in immediately. We drove Jenkins Acura of Ocala, and sat in the waiting area for about 15 minutes when the service writer approached us, explained to us there was an item ordered for the car which they installed free of charge, it was a brand new console cup holder. They even gave us a courtesy car, and told us they would call us when the car was ready. The professionalism, courtesy, concern towards getting our 2019 Turbo VW Beetle fixed is a definite plus for a dealership who displayed customer care in every way. At the end of the we received a new battery and an expensive cup holder console free of charge. I truly believe the way you speak to the service writers, car salesman, and staff goes a long way when you want service done. This Brand New 2023 Acura Integra that they let us drive home or shop while our car was being serviced was great. The courtesy car was off the chain. If you want to purchase a new vehicle go test drive that brand new Acura Integra the response, horsepower, take off, totally cool car. Just don’t try to leave the state of Florida the vehicle will shut off! The service manager explained that to us before we left. He explained everything about that beautiful car! By the way our 2019 Turbo VW Beetle gets excellent mileage! We will be looking to purchase another VW Beetle soon! Great Job 👏 Jenkins Of Ocala Acura Lastly, the technician did a perfect job on our car. I couldn’t ask for a better technician. He was courteous, professional, and new his job. The detail team was great too, they cleaned our VW Beetle 🪲 beautifully! Excellent job on our 2019 Turbo Volkswagen Beetle 🪲 to Jenkins Of Ocala Acura We will see you again for another purchase, to include service on our 2019 Turbo Volkswagen Beetle 🪲

Jenkins Acura face possible criminal charges

I took my 2001 Acura CL Type S to Jenkins Acura Ocala Florida to have the relay that starts the fuel and ignition replaced. It was towed in by AAA I called and had a service done as well. And heard service staff enthusing about how my 20 year old car was like a new car. When I picked it up, Bob the Service Manager waved to where my car was. I drove off and immediately the temperature gauge began to climb and got to just under the Red line but I kept going and manage to get home. I checked the coolant and found that there was none in the radiator at at all. I called Bob and he reckoned that a drive back immediately and they’d fill it. At that moment it sounded like he wanted me to destroy the engine partly or fully. And I recalled how enthused I heard them during the phone call. It struck me that someone wanted my car. Someone who could repair it and get parts at cost, I refused to take it in. A while later the battery went flat. This surprised mme as two weeks prior to the above I replaced the battery using AAA. I purchased the largest one he had and it cost me $ 282.00 or $182.00 I called AAA and when I looked at the battery it was a tiny one. Even the AAA guy held his hands apart showing the size of what he knew he’d installed. He then moved his hands closer to indicate the tiny one sitting under my hood. That is theft! And I’d made no request for a new battery taking into account that the one in my car had been there for less than three weeks. Now in 2022 my radiator has cracked just below the radiator cap. Anyone have advice regards criminal charges and/or legal actions that can be taken. Thanks.

Shopping for a car

Excellent transaction between negotiations and delivery. I recommend Karl Dejean. Checked availability and the car was available

Seems they used bait and switch on me, the car was available and suddenly not for sale because it didn’t go through their shop. Watch out!

they held my 85 year old parents in their dealership for 7 hours. They leased them a mdx for 900 a month with 10K down . They had never leased a car in their lives. They have perfect credit for 50 plus years. They are criminals

If buying used, have car checked out thoroughly!

I highly suggest having any used car you are considering buying from this dealership checked out by an independent mechanic. I bought a Mercedes here with 17k miles on it and in less than 7 months, I have spent 8k on car repairs. The retractible roof on the car failed and water poured into the car, leaving me with a $7000 repair that completely changed the look of the car. That is on top of the $1400 I had spent on the car just two weeks prior. I could not be any more disappointed.

Kia Soul 2018

I loved our salesperson. Byron was amazing. He is the best person to represent your company. he is amazing!!!!! I was NOT impressed with sales manager Ed Morgan. He was supposed to call me back but just like most salesmen, he never did. Byron changed my mind but if I had to work with Ed again, I would go elsewhere. Byron is AMAZING!!!!!!

Excellent service

Very impressed with personnel and consistency of service. From the time I leased my Kia Soul in Aug. 2017 up through their replacing a tire ruined by some road hazard, the folks at Jenkins Kia have been one of the best surprises since my move to Ocala FL THANK YOU . PRISCILLA BARNETT.

Horrible Experience

Worst car buying experience ever. If i tell you I need a buyers order after I find a vehicle why would you run my credit? I will not send anyone there. Purchased elsewhere and was a HAPPY customer.

Prize letter

Called in prize numbers. Received confirmation of a prize winner. Arrived next day to claim it. Was given the run around. I was told that the numbers didn't match the prizes listed but I won a chance to win the grand prize. I was to receive 10 dollars for showing up. I had to test drive to get it. At least I got that. Didn't like the car I drove, poor fuel economy and small gas tank.
