Bad Service Writer
I recently had service on my 2017 Acura RDX. The service writer challenged my many request for attention on my new vehicle After emailing several comments to the dealership through both sales and service I never received any response whatsoever

We have been working with Blake Lusby, for about a month. He knew what we were hoping to accomplish, and he made it all happen. He is very sociable, helpful, and never left us, for one minute. Everyone at the dealership, are very accommodating, and extremly pleasant. Excellent environment, makes you want to hang around and relax. New Acura
First time buying/leasing an Acura. Wanted a 6 or 7 passenger vehicle and have heard great things about Acuras from owners and mechanics. The staff at Jenkins Acura were all very friendly and we ended up getting an Acura MDX. We really like the vehicle.

This is my fifth Acura but my first from Jenkins and I always have them serviced at the dealer. Your service team is excellent especially Bobby I have been dealing with Bobby for 8 years with my recent trade a 2007 MDX. He is an excellent representative of your company. When I have service done I always visit the showroom to see what is new. I met Sonny Khan about three years ago and have talked to him probably every six months.He was always selling but very low key and never any pressure. My last visit my 2007 was 10 years old but in excellent condition with only 77500 miles. after talking with Sonny on this visit we started to get serious about possibly purchasing a new MDX. Sonny ran some numbers but they were not where I needed them to be. I was there for a couple of hours and the numbers improved but still not satisfactory so we parted company. I did go home and start to research and price other dealers, I did get some better offers and communicated with Sonny. He came back with Jenkins best offer and I took it. The reason I did was because of Sonny's professionalism your service organization and the credibility and character of the Jenkins dealership.
