Terry and Scott were great.

Terry and Scott were great. Love the vehicle. We arrived at 12.00 on the dot for our appointment. However, it took waaaay too long to get to Finance. I submitted my application the day before I arrived hoping to get pre-approved so as not to be there all day, but was informed at 1.30 that the deal had still not been submitted for approval. It still took 3 hours. Bear in mind we drove 4 hours to get there, and had a 4 hour ride home, in a rainstorm. The deal was given to the Finance Mgr at approximately 1.30 or so and it still took almost an hour to get into his office. By this time there was no one in the dealership waiting to do paperwork, just me and my wife. He obviously was purposely taking his time. He told us that he doesn't get in a rush for anyone, and that the sales managers were not going to make him hurry up. Maybe it was because I am a Finance Mgr at a Cadillac dealer and he knew this was not going to pay him much money. He even made the statement that he wasn't going to offer me any products because he knew I was not going to buy them. He never came out and spoke to us to update us. When we went into his office he did not stand up, shake our hands, nor introduce himself. He never thanked us for the business. I could go on but I digress. He negatively impacted our experience. Again, Terry and Scott were outstanding. p.s, I tried to submit this without clicking that I am not employed by a dealership but it would not allow me to submit it unless i clicked the box.

Jon Parnell was the absolute best!! Will definitely recommend him and Lexus Birmingham. have been to several dealers in past 2 months and appreciate his honesty. I have always drove BMW and hoping to love my Lexus just as much.

Excellent car buying experience!

Excellent car buying experience! The sales person (Joe) was professional, courteous and friendly. Took the time to show me about the features of the car and made me feel comfortable. I did not feel pressured in any way and he had the answers to my questions. I would buy from this dealer and salesman again!
