Easy to work with, buying process was straightforward and fast! Very happy with Terry and his service. I came from out of state to purchase and Terry stayed after hours to meet with me because I ran into traffic on my way to the dealership. I appreciated that greatly. We had been in contact for several days before my visit and I always received answers and info quickly and in great detail. Great buying experience. I also appreciated the fact that I wasn’t pushed to go one way or the other and none of the confusing tactics were used to try and squeeze more money out of my pocket. I knew the out the door price before ever leaving my home. It may of been farther for me to drive but I prefer Lexus of Birmingham over my local Lexus dealership.
