Joe set the gold standard for service with his exceptional and timely communication, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. I gave the dealership $1,000 to hold a vehicle for me

I gave the dealership $1,000 to hold a vehicle for me that was “already in the pipeline”. This vehicle was already coming in to inventory and my hold had no effect on the dealership. I notified the dealership that would not be able to drive this vehicle due to back surgery. I asked the sales person to try to find a different model Lexus. He was unable to satisfy my request. I then went to Lexus of Montgomery who filled my request within a week. They found the vehicle at a dealership in Smyrna GA and I took delivery on February 21st. I’ve contacted both the salesman (Mr. Lewis) and sales manager (Mr. Jones) to return the $1,000 HOLD money. Neither even had the courtesy to respond. I sent an email to the General Manager but that email bounced back to me as undeliverable. Don’t do business here, go to Montgomery.

I bought a 2024 certified used car with 10000 miles on it. The salesman, Terry Lewis, was very helpful and not pushy at all. He helped me find the car that fit my budget. He was awesome. The entire process was painless and very user friendly.

Great experience.

Great experience. My salesperson Terry Lewis has a great, calm informative and patient demeanor which never feels assuming or pressuring. Finance manager Patick Lovoy was great to work with too. Front desk ladies and all the staff are welcoming and kind.
