Excellent Service Provided

My husband and I recently bought a car from Tom Williams Lexus of Birmingham. We received excellent customer service from Craig Cuttlet. He was very professional and knew the cars very well. He was not demanding and pushy like sales people at other car lots. After telling us about the different cars and allowing us to test drive the cars, he allowed my husband and I a minute in private to talk about our decision. The first night we looked at the cars we loved the car but was not sure if that's what we wanted. He was not upset or pushy once we told he we were going to wait. Instead, he was very nice and gave us a business card and told us to call back if we have any further questions or concerns. We called him the next day to schedule a meeting to discuss the cars we seen. The entire department was friendly, professional, and worked with us to get the rates/ payments that we wanted. I look forward to working with him again in the future and will definitely refer friends and family to Tom Williams.

Service on RX30

Ron Amerson is my Service Advisor and has been attending to my service since I have owned my car. He is very professional and seems to always care about my needs as a customer. I never feel that I have been "taken" when I deal with him. I think that he is very honest and truly cares about my vehicle.

Repeat customer

With a little one on the way, we were looking to upgrade my vehicle. We came to look at a used RX but didn't think the particular vehicle was right for us. Clif showed us the lease for the NX and how it was a better fit for our situation. This is the 4th vehicle my family has purchased from Clif. He asks the right questions and provides solutions.
