You brace yourself going into a car dealer.

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with Mr. Kevin Diaz, he is the best! Me. Diaz is a people person and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Mr. Diaz was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price. I recommended anyone to go see Mr. Diaz. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle. The process was pleasant and Mr. Diaz was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service.

The facility was clean and the wait time for my first

The facility was clean and the wait time for my first service on my Rav 4 was minimal. Our ASM, Jessica Neveau, was prompt to meet us at my car. She explained what to expect for my first service, and what will happen when I bring it in for a 10,000 mile check. Jessica is a professional in every facet of her job. Donna Freeze

They try to take advantage of women.

They try to take advantage of women. Bait and switch to steal your deposit, which is illegal. They’re just hoping you’ll get sick and tired of the run around and give up. Slimy car salesmen.

Great service experience that saved me a lot of $$

The service advisor Richard Felch was extremely helpful to me. I had taken my vehicle here as a second opinion from another Toyota dealer that quoted me $3700 for a repair caused by animal damage. Richard thought the repair might could be done for much less, and he was right. A few days later, my vehicle was repaired for $1,000 instead of $3,700 because he and the mechanic took the time properly diagnose the situation instead of blindly telling me a $1800 engine wiring harness needed to be replaced. I am grateful for the great experience at Bill Penney Toyota service, and will try to buy my next vehicle from here!

Brought my new Highlander home today.

Brought my new Highlander home today. This is my third purchase from Bill Penney Toyota in 14 years. Yes - Toyotas are built to last! Special thanks to James Jackson for answering all of my questions and showing me the new (to me) features in the Highlander. He has thorough knowledge of the brand and a relaxed personality - no high pressure! Thanks also to Nanie Tovar for making the paperwork process go smoothly. I'm looking forward to new adventures in the Highlander!

My New Car

Great experience buying my new car from Robert Mears. Everything went great and I came home with a certified pre-owned Camry. I am happy with my new car!

Professional and reliable dealership.

Professional and reliable dealership. My service advisor Jose Vidrios was courteous and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. Definitely 5+ star experience!

Clown show

Went in for an oil change because the previous owner of the vehicle used Bill Penney service center. I have never had to sign anything to have an oil change before...let alone the fact that I had to sign 6 (SIX) places for service at Bill Penney. I asked what I was signing. Service 'manager', Jerry, said that the first was to authorize service, I don't recall what the second was for, and the third was that if I wanted to sue that I agreed to binding arbitration instead. That can't be a good sign when a dealership/service center is covering their @ss that much. Also, had the previous owner's last receipts and my service was at least $20 higher for the same oil change. I also made an appointment online before I went. Had a confirmation email and text message, but 'Jerry' couldn't find my appointment so I had to provide all the information that I had already entered when I made the appointment. Overpriced, overrated, no one there listened to anything I said. It was a clown show to be sure.
