James Jackson was very professional and very easy to work

James Jackson was very professional and very easy to work with. He exceeded all our expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a car. He was honest and very straight forward and caring.

Particularly shady.

Particularly shady. If you intend to purchase a vehicle here, exercise extreme caution. Carefully look over every single document you’ve been presented, even if the person showing it to you suggests it isn’t important. All they care about is maximizing profit by any means necessary. They will NEVER offer you an olive branch for any reason whatsoever if it does not ultimately earn them your money. Buyers beware!

Worst service

By far the worst exerience Ive had purchasing a vehicle. I trusted dealer Finley Drewery to take care of me as we were classmates and ive dealt with him in the past, Immediately coming in they (finance manager Derrick Davis) suggested a 2015 Toyota Rav4. I did inform them i wanted 0 down, nothing over $500 monthly in note and a SUV (preferably a Toyota). I was a Toyota, SUV, 0 DOWN BUT $600 monthly- AS IS. No big deal, i can afford it, additional insurance $40 for engine. Drove off lot, key fobs not working, bluetooth not working. Returned and was told thats not their issue, they dont have to check those things. HOW SO? After threatening to leave a bad review on all social media outlets they decided to change the fobs and get me a new radio. Week went by, I get a text from Derrick Davis asking for check stub (mind you: Ive given them a YTD, the most recent, they've verified BOTH jobs) It was coming off as harassment and an unsure deal. Derrick then begins to talk to me extremely unprofessional telling me to work more, and he'd come pick up the car, how I needed him and was trying to help. Just rude and nasty! I immediatey called another Toyota dealership and was given a far better deal- 2020, full 5 year warranty, gap, powertrain, with less miles and a LOWER NOTE.....and i didnt need a check stub! I inform anyone looking for a great car, with professional dealers/finance managers PLEASE STAY CLEAR of BILL PENNEY TOYOTA! Whats so interesting is, while waiting for my new vehcle to be detailed, anther customer had just as bad experience at BP as i did. SMH, do better with customer service, how you speak to consumers and never think you are above correction. Finley Drewery and Derrick Davis need further training in CS!

Jennifer Golden, was the my sales representative, when

Jennifer Golden, was the my sales representative, when she was checking what bank was financing the truck i specifically told her that I wanted my bank USAA to finance the vehicle! Then I told her I didn’t want Redstone Credit Union. I then started to apply online completing my application with my bank USAA and she stooped me and said don’t cause the person was already doing the application for USAA, which was a lie!!! I feel that I was coerced into accepting the application at Redstone by your sales representative, and not satisfied!!! Another she told me she was going fill up the vehicle with gas, lied again, the vehicle had only a quarter of gas!! I then called her back and she said she can only fill the vehicle with 5.00 of gas and said the vehicle had half a tank of gas!! I’m never going to buy another vehicle from Bill Penny!!!! I’m not a satisfied customer. Further more she said she was going to have the glove compartment which could not be opened, opened before I leave with the vehicle!! It was never fixed!!! Bad business and customer satisfaction by Bill Penny Toyota!!

They can’t take no for an answer

These crooks keep hitting my credit report and sending me offers on a used car I told them I had no interest in buying. They continue to try to sell me a used car even though they know I bought a new car from another dealer almost two months ago. You can’t trust them. Don’t waste your time going to talk to them.

This will be our 5th car purchased from them and this one

This will be our 5th car purchased from them and this one was the worst. At finance we were told we had to get an warranty to get our rate. I called the bank the next day to find out that was false and considered fraud. I also noticed the price of the vehicle was wrong on the contract! Made contact with one of the finance mangers to express my concerns and hope to have all resolved today. will not make another purchase here.
