I want to thank Kayla for making my Tacoma purchase so great. I live in Louisiana and with such a good distance it couldn't have been easier. Kayla is so sweet and friendly it made it even better. Also want to thank Buddy Carnett for the easy transaction. He made me feel like he knew me. Very friendly guy. Would not hesitate to recommend Principle Toyota to anyone. This is my second purchase at Principle Toyota. I had the pleasure of working with two sales associates. Luke Evans was the first. He sat through my asking a ton of questions about the highlander and the 4Runner. He never got irritated or pushed me to buy a vehicle which means so much. I can't stand coming to a dealership and they hound you to buy a vehicle. Luke was very patient and knew just about every question I was asking. I specifically was looking for a lighter exterior and a dark interior vehicle because my kids play ball. He took the extra time to go and check a new truck that had just arrived and low and behold there was a beautiful limited pearl white 4Runner with a brown interior. It was exactly what I was looking for. Torey Rogers ended up having to finish up the transaction for Luke because of a prior engagement. He was just as professional and took very good care of me. I was well aware he could have been outside trying to drum up more business for himself but instead he stayed right with me. He even followed up with me the next day to see how I was enjoying my vehicle. I just wanted to say thank you so much for the professional sales associates there and to let you know that I will be back for future purchases. I drive about 35 minutes out of the way just to come to your dealership and it has been well worth it. From the sales associates, all the way to the finance people...they are just wonderful. Most personable sales experience I've ever had. Richard,peter, and Chris made it an enjoyable experience which is difficult to say about most sales processes. They knew what my budget was and helped me stay within the numbers I was comfortable with.

Jerry Melton directed us to the Highlander we wanted, all we had to do was choose the color. David Hanley worked closely with Jerry to get the terms of purchase worked out. David and Jerry trained on the features of the new car. We like the car and we're glad we bought from Principle.

We came in to look at several cars we had viewed on the Principle website. Jimmy had the cars we were interested in brought up for us to test drive. We drove both cars. Jimmy was most professional, knowledgeable and personable. He answered all our questions and demonstrated great familiarity with the cars. We made a decision on which car we wanted to buy and he helped us move through the steps of all the paperwork completion. Mr. Carnett helped us on the business side and we were soon ready to drive off in our new car. Jimmy had it all ready for us, explained important features on the car, set up our blue-tooth phone and said we should always feel free to call him with any problems or questions. Then he wished us well as we drove off.

After visiting many dealerships, we came back to Principle Toyota because they had the best prices and amazing customer service! Jimmy Rooker was so friendly and informative. He did a great job on educating us about the vehicle and making sure everything was "set up" before we drove off. We will definitely come back!
