This was indeed the best exp I had in buying a car! I found what looked to be a good used car online, called and inquired about it, and Andy had all the details for me. Turned out to be a grear car. He was very honest, patient, and not at all pushy (just trying to sell). Everything went smoothly and quickly. I hightly recommend Principle Toyota and I highly recommend Andy Fong. He was great!!!!

Excellent

A five star experience with Laura Gibson. Strongly recommend principle Toyota. Finance reps. are very professional. Laura Gibson is well prepared to find what you are looking for. My next vehicle will be with Laura Gibson at principle Toyota.

Great experience

Awesome Experience

Always a great buying experience at Principal Toyota with Mr. Jimmy. He is very knowledgeable and coverall a great salesperson.(Highly recommended) We literally keep coming back (3rd Car purchase from Principle and Mr Jimmy)!!

Great experience.

In December of 2018, my parents bought their second Toyota after having their Camry destroyed in a car accident. Their sales associate was Andy Fong. They were on a limited budget and Andy went above and beyond in getting them another vehicle which actually exceeded our expectations. Less than a year later, I returned to Principle Toyota to replace my 2001 Tundra. I requested Andy as my sales representative. Andy was able to get the exact Tundra that I wanted from another dealership at the price that I wanted. The whole process took less than 4 hours. I bought the truck, sight unseen, because I trusted Andy. My finance associate was Peter Butler. He was equally helpful and assisted me in obtaining extended coverage at a great price. He answered all questions and gave me his personal cell number in case I had concerns or questions later. The general sales manager, Jeff Larson, hooked me up with a great deal on a bed cover. I cannot say enough good things about these 3 gentlemen or Principal Toyota. This is the 5th Toyota my family has purchased.

KIND AND HELPFUL

KIND AND HELPFUL Cassi went the extra mile in explaining, kindness and customer dedication to me. Very glad she was my sales lady. PRINCIIPLE TOYOTA is a great and honest place to go for your car or truck.

Pleasant shopping experience

Need to replace my damaged Toyota Sienna. Got in touch with April, and she was very courteous, professional and, accommodating and helped to find a vehicle that I want and had an offer for me before I sat before her desk. The total time spent in getting this car was amazingly short. Very pleasant shopping experience. Will buy from her when the time comes if I need my next Toyota.

Helpful People!

I went in to have my 2008 Toyota Avalon Serviced. While I was there, I was speaking about the how I liked Toyota's Highlanders. Right about that time, Cassidy, one of the sales people was passing by. My Service Tech introduced me to her and he told me Cassidy would take care of me while I wait on my Avalon to be serviced. Well, Cassidy took me under her wing, while at the same time assisting another customer who was also sitting in the service area. After showing me around and pulling up different autos to view, she gave me her cell number and told me to contact her with any questions. She followed up with me with varies text messages over the weekend. I was interested in buying another car, but had not made up my mind as to when since my Avalon was still in pretty good shape. My daughter's car put her down and after Cassidy keeping in contact with me, it was a no brainer. I gave my daughter the 2008 Avalon and I got what I had been dreaming about, but was not sure when to step out there. Everyone I met at the dealership, front desk staff also, were all great people.
