My husband and I had a very pleasant experience today...

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience today with first service and then sales. Ian was our salesperson and Kannon our finance guy. Ian did a great job answering our questions and meeting all our needs. Konner made the whole finance part easy and painless. In short everyone on the Columbus Acura team was courteous, professional and observed all covid protocols.

Antonio was incredibly responsive and proactive in finding ways to help get me information that would help me make a decision. He then listened to my needs and was able to craft a proposal/response that got a deal done quickly and with no hassles. Rest of the team (service, business mgt) were also incredibly friendly and great to work with.

Had a great experience with Francesco, very knowledgeable about the product (Acura) TLX. Asked if we want to test drive but there was no need because I know the quality of the Acura products Francesco really put a lot of effort to meet our price goal. I would recommend his service to a friend

Just leased a RDX SH-AWD TECH model from Leah. She did a fantastic job of helping us understand a car brand that we knew nothing about. Her knowledge of the car and particularly the high-tech aspects of the car was superb. She was very patient with a senior buyer who needed a bit of repetition! She was excellent in staying in touch and getting back to us in timely fashion over the 3- or 4-day period we needed to make up our minds. I would definitely lease our next car from her and recommend her to any of our friends looking for a sales consultant who is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and caring.
