Very pleased with the delivery of my Certified RDX w/ Advance package. Dave was extremely helpful and professional, as was Tom, the Sales Manager. All of our communication on my trade- in and purchase was conducted via phone and email, as I was unable to visit the showroom. Responses to my questions and requests were handled promptly, usually within minutes. I highly recommend this dealership!

This dealership is top notch. I first chose Acura Columbus for service. They are professional, pleasant, and very accommodating in their service department. When my lease was up, I called to discuss my options for leasing a new Acura. I live 65 miles away and could not give up the time to drive down and sit in the dealership trying to make a deal. Francesco was awesome. Within a couple phone calls we reached a deal I was happy with and he even delivered the new car! I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle, Francesco, or Acura Columbus. I highly recommend them!

I worked with Francesco in December when I first started looking for a new vehicle. Acura Dublin was the first stop I made when test driving different suvs yesterday. Very professional. Walked me through all of the bells and whistles and he ended up earning my business. I can be a bit demanding, but he gave me his time and attention.

I am so pleased with my new Jeep. I seen this vehicle on their website and since I know Adam Hannah personally, I called him to ask about it. He told me he was not in the office and referred me to Ian. Upon arriving at Acura, Ian quickly greeted me and had the vehicle already pulled up with tags on it, ready for me to test drive. I was driving it in less than 5 minutes! The financing part was smooth and Ian worked very hard to get me in the Jeep with the desired payment I was comfortable with. Between Ian and Adam, I went home in my new Jeep Grand Cherokee with a huge smile on my face. While doing paperwork Ian had the vehicle washed and filled up with gas. I was very impressed. I will definitely return as a customer in the future.

We drove 3.5 hours each way from Indiana to purchase a...
We drove 3.5 hours each way from Indiana to purchase a 2017 Toyota Highlander Limited that was recently traded to the dealership. The asking price was already below the low end of the Kelly Blue Book value for that year / model, but we got another $250 off to pay for our time and gas. I also appreciated that the dealer did not add administrative fees as many others do. Beyond the purchase price, we paid only sales tax, document / title fees requires by the state, and $45 for the temporary tag. We purchased the car remotely on a Monday and picked it up the following Saturday. I received a full evaluation of the car from Steve Ault over the phone in addition to numerous photos of the interior and exterior. We also did all the sales paperwork remotely with Ian Quick. The whole purchase process took less than a day via phone and email. On our arrival, the car was waiting for us and had been detailed. The vehicle was exactly as advertised, with no significant unexpected cosmetic flaws. After our test drive we had to wait a bit to sign the final set of disclosures and notifications, so that part of the process took about an hour to complete with Adam Hannah. Overall, I was very impressed with the dealership and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them, used or new. As a final note, I should add that they take COVID-19 cleaning and safety protocols very seriously. Everyone was masked and distanced, with ample sanitizer available in the dealership.
