Another happy customer!!! Drove 4 hours to buy from Mike Shay and Acura Columbus. Smooth transaction from finding the vehicle we wanted to driving of the lot. Cannot say enough good about the quality of the vehicle, the sales and service departments.

I have just purchased my 5th new Acura from Acura Columbus. Over the years I have had contact with numerous staff members, and all of them are quite knowledgeable and helpful. They make you feel comfortable in the buying process, and they do not pressure you to make a decision until you are ready. My main contact this last time was with Steve Ault - he did a great job and would highly recommend him to any prospective buyer.

My experience at Acura Columbus was fantastic! From the start, they offered an appointment which was much appreciated during social distancing. Francesco Gregory as our sales associate was friendly and thorough. Everyone that we met during our purchase was so nice including Adam Hannah, the business manager, who tried to make the financing process quick and painless. Strongly recommend this dealership.

Clay in the service department was very helpful and did a nice job with the video telling me about what the problem was with the car. Unfortunately they could not fix the problem due to the part being on back order due to the covid-19. Clay said they will call as soon as the part comes in.
