Best experience I've had.
The best car buying experience I have ever had. Our sales associate (Sam McHale) had the vehicle we were interested in ready to drive when we got there. We showed interest in a second (which we purchased) so he had it ready when we returned from the first test drive. They were willing to honor all online special offers with no hassle with the help of sales manager Brian Milliser. In the end they all worked well as a team to provide an amazing experience. Positive Experience w/ Preowned RDX
I was pretty specific with the interior and exterior color, year and miles I was looking for in a preowned RDX. There wasn't one that met all my criteria on the lot when we came looking. Within days I received a video text from Nick showing me one with my preferences that just came in. I appreciate the attentive customer service. We came to test drive it, and Treg was super helpful in explaining its history, and teaching me how to use all the bells and whistles. And when we said yes, Adam and Todd were super helpful in answering our questions and getting us the best deal. No pressure to buy the car or the extras - just great customer care top to bottom. They all wanted us to be happy and satisfied. Covid-19 side note: the place was super clean and everyone was masked up: I appreciate the sense of safety and cleanliness!

What a great experience

Doesn't Compare
We knew what we wanted so test drove vehicles at 3 dealerships including Acura Columbus (where we last purchased a vehicle). Hands down Acura Columbus is the most professional and clean. Nick was great - he wasn't pushy but asked all the right questions and was very accommodating. I would recommend him and also the dealership. Thanks Nick and Thanks Acura Columbus - I love my MDX!

Excellent all the time
I leased a White Special Edition ILX. My current sales person is David MacDonald. David has been excellent with taking care of the details and making sure that I, as a customer am happy with the service. When I schedule a service visit, and run into him at the dealership, he always ask if I am satisfied with the service, and seems to be aware of what the service department is working on. We've had a few issues, a recall, a broken seat trim that did not want to stay in place (several times), and the break handle cover boot getting a worn spot with only 15,000 miles. All these things are minor, but not desired on a new car. In all the concerns and maintenance service Clayton Prescott has been excellent with taking care of the details, as he knows I am meticulous about the car;s appearance and service. My first sales person was Adam Hannah, a wonderful friendly man who also took great detail to make sure I was a happy customer. His kindness won us over immediately. Due to the personal care, service, and followup I went back to the dealership to Dave MacDonald with my son and leased an all black ILX. Dave was meticulous in making sure the car was the right fit, the lease was in our budget and most importantly that we comfortable with the car and our expectations. When the car came in from another dealership I believe Ed Chandler did the detailing prior to our taking possession of the car. We as a family are very happy with Dave MacDonald, Acura Columbus and all the service team members. Thank you, John

I had a terrific experience yesterday. Treg called me at 2pm and told me about a loyalty program to get me out of my current lease and a special on a new MDX. I arrived at 5, took the car for a test drive and worked with Treg and John and the numbers. The car was prepped and I finished the paperwork with Ian shortly before 7pm. 2 hours and I had my new vehicle. Great customer experience and highly recommended.
