Professional Low Pressure Sales
The entire dealership was extremely friendly and easy to work with. I learned about a used vehicle of interest via CarGuru.com and was contacted by Dwayne Turner after I clicked through on the website. Dwayne was very helpful and patient answering my questions and probing to understand what I was looking for. He was then able to match some vehicles in the used inventory that met my needs. One of them was a perfect match and I bought it after being able to take my time and test drive it. Ian Quick worked with me on the paperwork and did a great job in putting together an extended warrantee program that met my needs. I normally don't purchase add ons like that, however Ian did a great job explaining the program and how it would ease my concerns purchasing a used vehicle.

Excellent Service
Todd Skidmore provided first class service in explaining the work to be completed on my car. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable of the history of my car and the needed work to be performed. He then mentioned the recommended work to be performed with the next service. I trust Todd and the staff to do excellent work and trust their advice. There is no need to take my car any other place.

Amazing
I had been in the market for a mid-size SUV and had been looking for the right car all summer. I visited most on line sites and even a few local dealerships for test drives. I had dealing with many of the stereotypical sales agents, i.e. didn't care, too aggressive, etc. The experience I just had with the staff at Acura Columbus puts all others to shame. The first time I showed up on the lot, Bill Green III took time to introduce himself and talk to me to see what I needed. The vehicle I was searching for was out on an extended test drive so i was not able to see that one but he showed me a similar model. He explained the differences between the two and could tell i was more interested in the one that was not there. He called the next day to let me know it was back and we set up a time for a test drive. From the moment we got in the vehicle I could tell he was enjoying himself explaining all of the features and has true product knowledge. He answered any question I had and explained features that I had no idea were even there. I can't say enough great things about how positive the process was. I went back to work and filled out the credit application on line and went back after to work on "the deal". Every step of the way was a pleasure. I had limited time and they understood that and worked with me to button things up. When it came time to work out the financing, Ian Quick was phenomenal as well. He talked me through it all and took pride in his work and it showed. The service I received from Bill, Ian, and I'm sure the folks I didn't see who helped make sure the RDX looked showroom ready, is what made purchasing an Acura from Acura Columbus happen for me. I had narrowed my search down to a few different manufacturers but it was the friendliness and service that was the deciding factor. Thanks Bill!! Thanks Ian!! Great customer service!
I was looking to buy or lease a new car for a while. Then one fine morning, I got a message from Dwayne Turner from Acura Columbus. Dwayne was outstanding. No sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts to manipulate. He gave me suggestions and his advice. Just great service, I felt very comfortable by the end of the whole process! I would highly recommend Dwayne Turner to anyone who is looking for a car.

Great service team!
I have been a customer of Acura Columbus for almost 10 years. The sales and service teams are always extremely helpful. Jami was a great help; she helped me get a tow lined up and made sure I had a set of wheels when my MDX was down for the count thanks to a pesky squirrel that apparently liked to chew wires! My vehicle came with a flaw in it from the factory. Without hesitation, Acura Columbus stood behind their line of vehicles and had the problem corrected promptly. Will always do business with Acura Columbus. Not the other guy across town.

Had to do too much work to find information or get help
The service was not tailored to me or my car. It was all about checking boxes on a paper. Things I brought the car in for were ignored to sell the services on the standard form. Service members and dealer emails were not consistent with each other and trying to find the right answers took multiple calls. I constantly felt I was in the dark especially as stories changed. Prices are about two and half times the cost and less warranty of other shops...so I only really used the dealership for recalls.

Not sure how to answer this one ... I sent a private message but it was never read. Looking at the screen name, it matches a customer that was not pleased after he visited us in May and the representative from the Manufacturer turned down the goodwill request on his 2003 TL.
