Exceeded Expectations

I had my new 2017 RDX serviced under warranty. The service/tech team went out of their way to make sure things were taken care of: they patiently sifted through my observations/emails/video regarding my concerns and attempted the service, even though they were not able to replicate the problem. A big thank you to the team who serviced my car - you did an excellent job, and so far, the concern appears fixed!

Fast. honest. No hassle

Had a great experience with purchase of a slightly used car. They were super fair on my trade in. Car was supermarket value. No games here. Keep up the good work.

Going the extra mile

Dwayne T was by far the best salesman I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He went above and beyond and ensured a smooth buying process. Due to struggles in my past, I wasn’t sure getting a loan right now was even an option, but with Dwayne’s help and everyone else at Acura Columbus, it was made possible and I drove off the lot with a new car. Flawless

Jim at Acura I’d Columbus is the best. He knows me, my car and my needs. Issues are handled quickly on schedule and they don’t waste my time with sitting around. The loaner was clean and convenient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Regular service appointment

I had a B123 service. Everything about the experience was great. The person on the phone quickly set up a rental car. When I arrived they got me in and out. The text messages about my car were really helpful and they cleaned my car which was really nice. Would totally return and recommend.

New Car Done Right!

Our entire experience with Acura Columbus was very positive. We had already decided on the type of vehicle we were interested in before we visited the dealership. Our salesman, Bill Green III, was very professional and explained the different packages and standard features for our model vehicle. He wasn't pushy at all and was more than happy to work with us though the buying process. Kyle Duncan, our finance guy, was great to work with. His organizational skills made the finance portion of our purchase fast and pleasant. This is the second car we've bought from Acura Columbus and we will be back.

Quick Process to Get Us the Car We Were Interested in

Our salesman, Steve Ault, was very helpful in having the model we were interested in available and assisting us in quickly working out the terms of the purchase. This is our second experience with Steve in purchasing an Acura. His personal enthusiasm for the brand and his knowledge of the features of our particular model make working with this dealership a pleasure. Ian Quick was also very helpful in arranging our financing and helping us select the right options and warranties for our new car.
