Great service!

I love how professional Acura Columbus always is. They greet me in the parking lot, walk me to the counter, walk me to my loaner and text me when my car is done. Love this place!

Car purchase

Great salesman, great finance manager. Very friendly dealership and very accommodating. We were going to look at some other options but decided to purchase there because they met our price point and we felt comfortable

MDX Sport Hybrid

If I could give more than five stars, I would. This was my second purchase from this dealer. My family outgrew my 2012 TSX, and I chose to replace it with an MDX Sport Hybrid. The specific model I wanted continues to be difficult to find. Despite this, Mike and his team were able to find the Hybrid MDX equipped exactly as I wanted in the color combination I wanted and gave me a very fair price. It was the smoothest car purchase I've ever had once the vehicle arrived. I'm extremely happy with my purchase experience and have always been happy with their service team when I had my TSX. I strongly recommend this dealer to anyone wanting an Acura in central Ohio.

Happy Customer

This is by far the best experience of visiting any car show room. Bill was very patient and answered all my question and also very pro-active, he provided all the options I had. I would definitely recommend Acura Columbus, for that matter, any one would , because of their top notch customer service and professionalism. Last but not the least the price was also competitive.

New TLX purchase

First of all, Kudos to Dwayne Turner for his kindness and patience with me on my new car purchase; after many hours of procrastinating, I finally made a decision! My car had a minor problem that needed fixed at the time of purchase; and was resolved to my satisfaction. The staff there is great with customers. I love my new car!

Great service experience

I had a great experience from start to finish. It started with valet checking me in. The service tech took the time to ride with me to personally hear the noise / issue I was having. The service was completed on time. The entire staff was friendly and went the extra mile.

Oil and tire rotation

Everyone at the dealership is very nice and very knowledgeable. Always a plea sent experience. I saw my sales representative and he even took the time to show answer some more questions I had about using all the "bells and whistles" in my new car!! Thanks Adam, you rock!
