Great experience!

Francesco was friendly, nice, helpful and very professional. He took his time to show us all of the different options we could choose from, even offering to order exactly what we were looking for. Then he had the different RDXs brought to the main lot so that I could get a good look (in person) of the different options. Ian was very friendly as well, when running through the financing. After all was said and done Francesco sat with us (after the store was closed!) and patiently went through all of the options that the car had with me and my husband. Great shopping (and buying) experience!!

Excellent Customer Service

First time at this dealership

People were nice and attentive. Service guy explained everything and discussed what was being done. (Factory recall). I got a nice loaner vehicle til my vehicle was ready the next day. I live over an hour away. Would not hesitate to come back.

Great to work with!

Steve Ault was helpful in assisting with my selection and then helping to get the car technology all set to go. The process of paperwork and final transaction were all done efficiently, and I was on my way with my new car in no time.

Excellent!

I had an issue come up with my Acura last minute they were able to fit me in right away and got me in a loaner. The service department here is one of the best I have been to. I will continue to come back.

Over charge for literally everything

Yet again the service advisor printed my invoice showing I had to pay for oil change when I have the maintenance package and had to correct it. My VTC actuator has issues and I have it on video yet they still want me to pay a diagnosis fee. I asked the advisor to ask their manager to please contact Acura to see if they would provide goodwill assistance and I was told to contact Acura even though it was a weekend and Monday was Labor Day so they wouldn't be open til Tuesday. The best decision I made buying the car was getting the extended warranty as I can have it fixed at a different place for 1/6 the cost that the dealership is trying to charge me. I love Acura cars (this is my 3rd) and once I have to get another car it will then likely be another Acura but the odds of me purchasing it at Acura columbus decrease every time I come in for service. The only way I would buy here again is if the price is better than other places. And even if I do purchase there again there is a 0% chance I would buy the maintenance package. Also the last 2 times I came in they wanted to charge me $100 for brake fluid flush and there last 2 times it was listed twice and cost of $200. I had it done elsewhere and this time they still had it listed. I asked if they even checked the brake fluid and the exact quote was, " yes, but that doesn't mean anything" (Todd Skidmore)and he just went on to the next topic. I'm still baffled as to what that means. I would love to get an explanation on the brake fluid but for some reason I have a feeling that isn't going to happen. The only reason I come here for oil changes is that I feel I was duped into buying the maintenance package as it was presented that it would cover more than oil changes and tire rotations. It's nice that they give me a full analysis so I can go elsewhere and get the other work done. Also this visit I left and I noticed all of my tires were over inflated (40psi when the recommended is 33psi)

Service team was amazing

From entrance, to greeting, to service, to exit, I was treated to a great experience. I've owned a Toyota prior to purchasing an Acura and I have never experienced such service from a dealer. Very impressive.
