Always a great experience

I have bought 3 vehicles now from Acura of Columbus (Ohio) and have always had great experiences. I recently bought a new (loaner vehicle) MDX and can't say enough about the team there. They are always low pressure, test drives are with or without the salesman, and are always willing to make a good deal even better. Adam Bine, Adam Hannah (both in sales), and Ian Quick (Finance) are very personable and again low pressure. I would recommend this dealership to anyone look for a new or used vehicle. Be sure to ask for Jami in the service department as well. She's fantastic.

1st service

Washed & vac my RDX very fast 1st service. $ 35.00 for tire rotation a bit pricey but overall a great experience! Will return for my next 7 oil changes even though I have to travel over 100 miles.

Convenient with no hassle

All of my warning displays were coming on periodically. I did some research online and found a related TSB. Booked online for same day service with a loaner vehicle. Jami was great, all my information was already in the system. I got texts with updates. They had to order parts, so I kept the loaner over night and my vehicle was ready the next day. Very happy with my service.

Immediate assistance

Emergency transmission light came on in my car and service advised me to bring it right in. Within 2 hours service had the car checked and found and repaired my vehicle.

Fast and reliable

Great Service, Knowledge & Price

My wife and I had an outstanding experience with Acura Columbus. Our sales person Steve was extremely educated on all the features and benefits of the MDX. He spent quality time with us showing all the bells and whistles. He and the dealership made the experience stress free and easy. Sometimes shopping for a new car is like going to the dentist but not this time! I would highly recommend going to Acura Columbus and speaking with Steve.

Chris Diglia great job!

Had my Acura RDX 13 served here. Chris Diglia did a great job, to forgo a filter replacement as it is not very dirty (saved me $90), and also replaced my battery with a new one under warranty, after battery test failed, without my requesting. Good job!
