Nicely done
Took my car in for standard service and some owner-caused damage. They completed the work on time (for the most part - one of the replacement parts didn't arrive on time - but that's on FedEx). They completed the work and did it under the estimated costs. It's nice to get a bill smaller than you expect. Thanks to Jami for knowing how to set expectations and Zach for getting it in on time.

Easy experience
David was very helpful. He was never "pushy" but was professional on both the phone, email, or in person. Everything from the test drive to the "new car" orientation was excellent! I am so glad I went with Acura Columbus!

Highly recommend
I recently purchased a new Acura RDX. I was treated with respect, and even though I was there before the sales department opened, someone helped me, answered questions and presented some options. My sales person was Ray Welch. I told him what I wanted, what options I needed and the color choices. I left for an appointment, and came back to a reasonable proposal for my trade in and the purchase price of the new vehicle. This is the third vehicle I purchased from Acura Columbus and the have always had a positive experience. I also love and trust the service department!

Car wash
Went in for a car wash and was very pleased with the good job that was done. A previous visit resulted in a very poor wash job.

Dedicated attention to my service concern
Noise (not wind) associated with my fan. Several attempts were made to locate and get rid of the noise. In consultation with Chris Diglia (Service Advisor) and Larry Jones (Service Manager) the matter was traced and resolved. They would not give up until they completed the work.

Pleasant professional experiece as usual
Everyone from the time you pull up at the service kiosk is professional and courteous. Everything about my service was explained and I received a copy of the inspection report. The service was done quickly and my car was washed and vacuumed when I left. Everything about this dealership is first rate and well above average.
