Great purchase experience

I was treated very well by a very well versed sales associate. Bill Green knows his products and listens well. He was through and effective.

Interaction with service rep rude

Todd from service interacted with me and unfortunately he doesn't understand the importance of customer service. There were problems with my car following service and he made it seem like it was a user error not the car. When I returned I asked to speak with a manager and Kyle was outstanding!! Kyle is in finance department and stepped in to help. Bravo to Kyle!

Mrs. Clunk, Thank you for communicating with me by email last week after I wrote you. I reiterate my apology for the poor experience and as I wrote you earlier, Todd is one of the nicest people in the world. He must have communicated poorly with you and I apologize. If you look at Todd's past reviews for the past few years, you will see that they are uniformly glowing of his nice manner. In fact, he just finished in the top 3 Acura service advisors across the Midwest in a product knowledge competition. Todd must have swung and missed badly with you and I am sorry. As you wrote me, your interaction with Todd did not go well. Hopefully, we can all get another chance to help you in the future. On the bright side, I am glad Kyle was able to help. Poor communication and used 3/4 tank of our gas

My review doesn't actually reflect the service center, as we were not actually there. So, even though I rated it low, I state "Yes" to recommending them, because the issues were not exactly service department related. I purchased a pre-owned MDX and the add ons of warranty, paint, fabric and windshield coating. The items were purchased on a Tuesday at closing time. It was suggested to me that since we live about and hour and 20 minutes away that they would send a driver to us to pick up the vehicle on Monday. The next several days went buy and no communication from them as to when they would come to us or even to inquire where the vehicle would be at the time, since it was a working day. Finally on Monday after 11:00AM I called them to see what was going on. Specifically left my name and my phone number. I did not receive a return call after my leaving two messages. Finally reached Mike Shay, who stated that Kyle texted my girlfriend, (who did have the car with her at her work) to advise that two guys called off work and that they were not able to pick it up today. That's all fine and things like this happen, but the whole point is that no one from the dealership even called me in advance, like maybe Friday or even Saturday, to confirm our appointment, and to even learn where the car would be for them to pick up. I had to call on the day we were verbally told it "could happen" only to learn this. So the following day the car gets picked up. We gave the car with a full tank of gas. The car was returned with 1/4 tank and there was hardened bird droppings all over the hood. After applying the paint seal coat, it must have been parked under a tree at the dealership, and no effort was made to return our car in a clean condition. It was very obvious and there is no way the driver could have missed this. the vehicle is white and the bird droppings where yellow and red, and there were several splatters, at least 8. It wasn't like it happened on the drive. When we messaged our finance guy, the sales person for this transaction, he has failed to acknowledge the concern and disappointment. Very disappointing lack of detail and customer service. We learned our lesson, even though it wasn't too terribly far away, buy local, which is what we will do next time.

Positive experience with car purchase

Our purchase was finalized via phone and I was treated well with test drive & pick up of vehicle. Also, I brought the car back 4 days later after noticing a small scratch. They had it entirely taken care of within 1/2 hr! Very satisfied with attentive & pleasant personnel.

Very pleasant experience. Nice friendly efficient service. Service took less time than expected. Waiting area had snacks and drinks. Comfortable seating and easy Wi-Fi hookup

Smoothest Car Purchase Ever

Dwayne was the perfect salesman to work with. He listened to what we wanted and wasn't the least bit pushy. We initially stopped by to test drive the RDX even though the MDX was my dream car. I wasn't really interested in pre-owned, but he directed us to a certified pre-owned MDX that was the exact color combo I wanted with low mileage. Needless to say, after a hassle free experience I drove away in my dream car that day! Thank you, Dwayne!

Great and Courteous Service

Acura service personnel, especially Chris Diglia and service manager Larry Jones, took the utmost care of my car. They fixed the vehicle to my satisfaction and were courteous, professional and polite. All repairs were fully explained and a test drive was performed with Chris to ensure the problem had been corrected. This dealership and their service department can be trusted and always do their utmost to ensure the customer is satisfied and the car is repaired properly. I have been to this dealership for 15 years and they never disappoint.

2017 Acura MDX w/ Advanced Package

This is the 3rd car we have purchased at Columbus Acura over the past 15 years and each experience has been above our expectations. Andrew Bine (Sales Consultant) was fantastic to work with and he hepled us get the car we wanted at the best price with the Costco Buying program. I would recommend asking for Andrew if you're in the market for a new Acura. He is very resourceful and honest.

Valet service

I pulled in to the service area without an appt. and the valet person was very polite and accommodating. The advisor that I dealt with answered all my questions and told me that he would call me back as soon as they checked my car to give me an exact cost and time frame. They diagnosed my Acura's problem that same day about 2 hours later and had it fixed the next day by lunch time. Was pleasantly surprised that an involved procedure was fixed so quickly. Would highly recommend Acura Columbus Service dept. to any Acura owner.
