Valet service
I pulled in to the service area without an appt. and the valet person was very polite and accommodating. The advisor that I dealt with answered all my questions and told me that he would call me back as soon as they checked my car to give me an exact cost and time frame. They diagnosed my Acura's problem that same day about 2 hours later and had it fixed the next day by lunch time. Was pleasantly surprised that an involved procedure was fixed so quickly. Would highly recommend Acura Columbus Service dept. to any Acura owner.

Positive Experience
Dwayne did a great job listening to what I wanted and was very low pressure. Also, a small chip was found in my windshield after I took delivery of the vehicle and they took care of it for me without a hassle. I'm enjoying my new Acura and will visit again when I need a new vehicle.

Effortless magic
The other morning, I early birded by coveted '06 TSX - a car I really cherish since you can no longer get a new manual transmission Acura. I've strayed in recent years as its aged, but thought I'd take her home for routine but precise services. Was really happy to get a friendly *text* vs a phone call -- verifying services and pricing. It's a much less obtrusive way to reach me while at work! A few hours later, I was notified it was done, and I got a link to pay online. After paying, Jami offered to put my key in their magical after-hours drop machine. I arrived after hours to retrieve it, all washed, shiny and ready to run toward 150k. I've never had such an effortless and excellent experience getting a car serviced.

My experience was generally good.
I leased a 2017 TLX and turned in a 2015 RLX. My salesman was Bill Green and he did a great job. My finance contact was also excellent (Kyle Duncan). I did experience some confusion between my first quote for the TLX and a subsequent quote at the time of the new lease. The dealer promotion had expired following my initial visit. Had I known the promotion was set to expire, I would have moved accordingly. Both my wife and I were a bit flustered when a portion of the promotional monies expired. The sales mgr. did his best to partially offset the difference but it was not the quote I had in hand when I walked in the second time. It made the overall experience just mediocre. I love the TLX and look forward to three more years with Acura Columbus. Thanks, Tom Deschler

Thanks Tom ... sorry the incentive went away. All manufacturers put a strict deadline on their offers and I wish we had let you know. Often customers think that we are trying to pressure them when we say that an incentive may disappear, but it is true that we have zero idea if an offer will be extended or not when it is due to expire. Excellent service and a fair deal for all
I worked with Sales Consultant Dwayne Turner to buy a used vehicle from Acura Columbus. Dwayne was attentive, set accurate expectations and worked hard to secure a deal that was fair for me and for them. Sales Manager Mike Shay was friendly, fair and supported Dwayne in this process. Kyle was faultless in helping me to complete the deal from a finance perspective. All three are highly recommended.

Changing Inspection Results Causes Distrust
A punctured right front tire was found during a multi-point inspection while my vehicle was in for an oil change and tire rotation. Zach Z. called to inform me of this and said that it was not repairable and recommended that we contact the place where we purchased the tires to see if there was roadside hazard protection. I told him that we actually purchased the vehicle at this dealership with those tires on them and had also purchased the extended warranty. He said he would check to see if the tires were covered on the warranty but didn't think so. I also received an email at this time with an action plan and cost of new tire. A few minutes later, Zach called to say that tires were not covered and that they checked again and decided the tire could be repaired. They would plug it and test it out. I asked him to check if the roadside hazard from the tires (which upon our purchase of vehicle were described as new) to see if it would carry over. Zach said that did not apply in this situation. When asked how the tire could go from failing the inspection to passing it, Zach said because he doesn't see the tire but gets a report. I was left with a feeling of distrust about the cause for the change in the inspection report as well as concern for the overall safety of my tire. My husband and I have always been extremely happy with the sales and service at Acura Columbus but based on this experience have definite reservations about returning.

Service with a smile
I was quoted a four-hour wait to put on four new tires. They gave me a loaner car but the job was completed in only two. They also lowered the charges from my original quote. Everyone there is nice and the work was done as promised. Of course, the car wash is a bonus.
