All good except for one thing.

Our salesman Mr. Green was wonderful. He was very kind and treated us very well. Mr. Duncan in finance was great. He made the finance process go as well as I've ever seen. The only thing that caused us heartburn was our experience with Mr. Shay. During the negotiation process he told us we could get back in our car and go back to WV. This was very unprofessional and if anything would keep me from returning to this dealership this would be it. I've never had a sales manager tell me I could get in my car and leave just because we didn't agree with the deal presented to us. I would have left at that moment had it not been for my wife who didn't want to give up on the deal. We drove over 3 hours to purchase the vehicle, and the last thing we wanted to hear was a manager tell us to go back home in the same vehicle we showed up in. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but I still believe that's a line which should not have been crossed. If anyone actually reads these reviews we would love to hear your feedback.

Exceptional service

I brought my car in to have my air conditioner serviced after not having confidence in a quote that I had received from my usual service center. Everyone at Acura Columbus was very professional and provided exceptional service. Larry Jones kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and also notified me of a potential safetly hazzards concerning my brakes. Larry provided great customer service. Jim Cruikshank also gave me a detailed summary of things that needed attention on my vehicle which was greatly appreciated. I also, want to thank Zac for his great customer service. This was my first time out at Acura Columbus and I had a 5 star experience.

Excellent Service Department

Came in to get my SUV serviced and was very impressed on how they handled the problem I've been having with my RDX's front suspension. They kept me updated and took care of me while the car was in the shop. Chris Diglia and Jim Cruikshank are the ones I always go to when I need serviced on my car. They are probably the best people I've worked with in any service department I've ever come across.

Dwayne Turner is Great!

I was leasing a new Acura before I left for vacation overseas, so my time was limited. When I called, Dwayne didn't hesitate to come in on his day off to meet with me and provided superb service. I'm happy with my car and I would highly recommend Dwayne if you need a car from Acura Columbus.

2017 Acura MDX Purchase -Retired Honda Associate

Adam did a great job dealing with us ... ie: we took a long time making a final decision. We were looking at other makes at other dealerships. Adam hung with us , not pushing, just answering questions as they arose. Then we had Kyle assist with the financial part ... He was outstanding !!!! He knows his job !! Then Tom went thru the cars options and showed us how to use them !!! Ill need a class !! A truly great experience !!

Great experience!

I had a great experience with Acura Columbus from start to finish! Brian was very helpful and explained the different vehicle options I had available to me. He answered any questions I had throughout the entire process, and was even available to answer questions after I left the dealership. Kyle was very easy to work with as well throughout the financial process. This was my first time purchasing a car and I am very happy with my experience!
